2 per day - It'll take a while before you notice results ( like watching paint dry?) A girlfriend of mine visited last week - she hadn't seen me for 5 months and she totally noticed a difference, which thrilled me. No side effects, totally natural. Bought them for my 70 year-old mom, too.

You are to take 2 supplements a day, preferably in the morning (I have mine with breakfast) I didn't notice any side affects at all. I've purchased 2 bottles & have noticed an immediate difference in how long & strong my nails become & slight hair growth after a month.

The product says to take 2 per day and I've never deviated from that.
Side effects? Not that I've noticed. I take many medical prescriptions and asked my Dr. of these vitamins would be a problem - but she thought they'd be fine and they have been - so my only side effect is better hair.

I definitley think mine grows faster. It's also healthier so there's less breakage which will make it appear to grow faster too.

I've not had the experience of having extra hair growth anywhere else. After wearing wigs and weaves for over 5years my hair became damaged, sides became bald and hair very weak. After utilizing the product for almost a year my hair is growing, no bald spots and thicker hair. Started seeing results after the first 90 days.

Sorry,but the answer is yes,but it's a small price to pay,because what this supplement does for your hair is extraordinary,nail wise it's okay ,but not fantastic,at least not for me.

What are the negative side effects to this product? It can't be a complete miracle, there must be a downfasll, i don't want to start growing hair more thick or quicker anywhere other than my head!

For the first six months or so that I was taking these, along with all the aforementioned benefits I experienced I did notice that I broke out much more easily on my face, due to increased oil production. However I have noticed since then that my complexion has gotten used to it or something and reached some sort of equilibrium. Now I'm breaking out at about the same rate as before I started, which I'm ironically quite happy about.

I along with apparently a few of the other reviewers experienced an increase in the oil production on our faces, which could potentially cause breakouts. It's sort of a blessing in disguise for me because its forced me to be more diligent in taking care of my skin, which I was never all that good at. I have pale skin that shows every little zit and was already prone to breakouts to begin with, and have been taking these for nearly a year so I certainly feel it's worth the trade off.

The only negative side effect that I have noticed is that my eyebrows have grown in thicker. However, I have rather nice naturally shaped eyebrows to begin with, so the change has only been a minor annoyance. I haven't noticed any faster leg or body hair growth, and have been taking them for 20 days with good results- my slow growing hair has grown half an inch already! I feel that the numerous pros overwhelm the one con that I have discovered.

Honestly I wouldn't use this particular product to try and grow your hair back. There is a product by the Nioxin brand called Intensive Therapy Recharging Complex that is a hair supplement and it has twice or sometimes triple the vitamins/amino acids as Phytophanere. The Nioxin vitamins are going to work a lot faster. I have the Phytophanere product too and saw no results, and I haven't even gone through chemo.

How long should I take these pills before I start to see change in my hair. Change such as longer in length, shinier, less falling out in the shower/all day, ect.

Yes. It is the best thing you can take. I also use the Frederic Fekkai MORE shampoos with it, and they both truly have helped me. For some people, they notice a difference in two months, for me, it really took four months. Good luck! I love this product!

dont reccomend doing this...if they are hard to get down for you..honestly...I have made a "Shake"
drink and throw the two tablets in the blender with say some fruit with some yogurt...it will be fine!!!
