Ampoules are GLASS...be careful !!! I use a towel to break open one tip then put open tip inside empty dispensing spray bottle then break the other end open with towel. Allowing the oil to flow more freely into the dispenser spray bottle.

My hair is down to the middle of my back and high lighted every 6-8 weeks so it tends to get dry. After 1 use the product showed results. The ampules are easy to use, you snap off the tips of the ample and pour the product into the spray bottle included in the package. Best bet snap one end, place over the spray bottle (with cap removed) and then snap the other end so gravity takes it's course

The trick to opening is to break one of the ends of the vial using a towel while keeping the vial upright. Then turn the broken end over the spray bottle opening then snap the other end using a towel. The liquid releases right into the spray bottle. No mess.

You can use it 3 times a week or more, its up to you and your hair condition! You open them by either pushing the pointy part down, but I would recommend getting a pair of scissors and just cutting it open and the top tho! Its plastic not glass so dont worry it wont hurt you. The white spray bottle next to it is actually when you open the the treatment oil tubes that is there for you to pour the oil into, so then you can spray it into your hair. hopes this helps!!

the ampoules are scored at the top and bottom and you need to snap off both ends in order to get the oil out--- they advise to use a towel, but i have a better grip with my hands (silicone gloves might work). the white spray bottle is empty and you can empty the ampoule into the spray bottle and spray it onto your hair. it makes the strand-by-strand application much easier and much cleaner. I have been using this product once a week (one amp./week), and I also use the phyto Elixir in between.

there are five "vials" for treatment. You use only one per treatment. The little bottle on the left is an empty spray bottle (very small and made of glass. Use once a week The conditioner comes in glass vials. Use the white plastic thing to open your glass vial. Place one end of the glass into the white plastic thing. Press your fingertip over the angle of the plastic and gently press. This will snap off the tip of the glass vial. Pour the conditioner into the empty glass container that is provided in your package and apply the oil to your hair. I throw out the spray attachment and apply the oil with my hands.

The box should come with a white plastic vial opener (looks a bit like a sewing thimble) You use that to crack open the ends of the vials. The spray bottle is for to assist with the application of the product; you pour the oil into the bottle to spray it onto your hair. I personally find it easier to pour the oil directly onto my hands and then apply it to my hair.

I just comb through my hair after I spray my hair with this product and leave it as is for the minimum time and rinse out and follow my regular routine. It says to leave it on for 30 minutes, but I don't see the harm in leaving it in overnight other than the fact that it is an oil and it will get on your pillow.

You can do it before you go to sleep but I would I would wrap my hair in something..the more damaged your hair is the longer I would leave it on..you could do it nightly and rinse out!depends on the person!!hopes this helps!

I put this on my hair right before showering, put my hair up in a clip, and leave it on for about 20 minutes before washing it out. It probably doesn't hurt to sleep with it on, but I don't think there's any added benefit.
