I have very similar features as you. I have hazel eyes, dark brown hair and fair skin. I too only like a hint of color. I guess I'm shy of vibrant and darker colors, simply because I'm not used to wearing them. I personally found Succulant Pomegranate to be too much color. I bought Cool Guava. I love it. Don't be daunted by the image online. That one will give you a little color without it being too overpowering. However, I don't think it will be a good fall/winter color. Any color you choose will most likely be great! I LOVE this product...

You will love the pomegranate color - it's terrific!! Just a light, sheer pink you can wear alone or layer over lipstick for an evening look.

Oh, definitely get the berry. I have the same coloring, and I really like it.

You might want to try the dark berry; a single layer would have some pinky/red color, additional layers will darken the shade. Most of the other colors are very light.

Try Lush Coconut or Juicy Grapefruit. We have similar coloring, and I like natural shades. The "coconut" looks brown in the tube and in photos, but imparts a beige-pink tint on lips (and when applied to a white tissue). The Juicy Grapefruit shade will add a bit of pink with shimmer. It would be hard to go wrong with either shade.

Save your money and buy a Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment instead. I was attracted to the packaging after I saw a review and bought it. I was so disappointed. It completely dried my lips out in less than a day and I had to constantly reapply it to keep my lips feeling moist. I'm glad Sephora lets me return/exchange products because I would have been really mad if I bought this and couldn't give it back.

I haven't made it through my tube, but the container is pretty large. I find this balm lasts longer than most. THAT was one of the deciding factors in my keeping it. I felt the soothing benefits of it through several blocks (hours) of teaching, whereas no other balm comes close.

I only use mine before bed and on rare occasions once, during the day. They do not last long at all. I have already used half (or more) of my coconut glossy balm, and I have had it for 2 months with minimal usage.

I found that I WANTED to reapply 3 - 4 times in a day, but that's because i like the hydrating nature of the product, and its what I normally do with any lipstick.

I love nude/golden tones. I chose "Lush Coconut". I have blonde hair, green eyes and light skin tone. I am a nurse so when I go to work I don't like to look too "made up". This color really works for me.

If you are looking for a great coral spring/summer color I really suggest #10 Tangy Mandarine! I am fair with blue eyes and it looks beautiful on!

I also have brown hair, green eyes and fair to medium skin. I love the pomegranate. It has just the right amount of color. I just went on vacation, knowing I would tan and would want a tad more color and purchased the cherry. You can't go wrong. :)

I have the same coloring and I have color 01. Just a sheer shimmery nude but I love it. I can be worn alone for a better than natural nude lip or on top of other colors to add shimmer. Because this lipstick tastes/smells so good the neutral color means I can use this a lot.

If you like the berry family colors, I would highly recommend you
try the "mouthwatering berry". It's flattering on most skintones. By
the way your going to love this product.

If U want a pop of color, I would go with Mouthwatering berry its very pretty and Luscious cherry, for everyday use I recommend Lush Coconut.

01 Lush Coconut will complement your complexion, but 06 Luscious Cherry will also work because of it's golden shimmer, and the sheer pink cherry tint will add more youth and playfulness to your age. Then again, these shades are all so sheer and wearable. I think either one of them will look good on anybody with any type of complexion. Experiment and have fun:)

No it doesn't mean glitter. I have several and they really shimmer but in a subtle way. Luxurious feeling with sheer color!

The shades that say "shimmer" definitely do have shimmer, but it's very fine. A sophisticated shimmer, if you will.

I like the Lush Coconut and the Juicy Grapefruit, and I like the shimmer. No "disco ball" glitter effect. Definitely a "pearly" shimmer for each.

I've had grapefruit, and I currently use the coconut. Neither one seemed to glimmer at all. They aren't matte of course, but they are not glittery either.

No, its not glittery. More glossy than anything. I loved the light colors too.

I tried the cherry red in the store and loved it. One coat is sheer light red, and you can add more with more coats. It never looks harsh or severe. It's also a cool red, not tomato or orangy. Looks good on pale skin.

I like reds, too - but these are very pink. Still great stuff, though. I hope they'll make a true red in the future.

I am also very pale, and I love these partly for that reason. If you use a light hand, one coat is a pleasant, sheer, more gloss-like color. A little can go a long way if you are using the darker colors but going for a sheer look. My warning about the red is that the Luscious Cherry color is a good bit more pink than red. If you are looking for a true red shade, this may not be the product for you. I will say that, while it is a purply shade and not red, the Mouthwatering Berry is really pretty.

The colors are very sheer so with one or two swipes you'll get a nice sheen without alot of color. More application is needed for deeper colors. The grapefruit is colorless but is amamzing.
