Its not really similar to orgasm at all. Orgasm is really sparkly and leans more peach than this blush. Frat boy is a muted pink and matte.

no clue about NARS Orgasm but this would be beautiful on olive skin. I think it's universally flattering.

If you are looking for a shade close to Orgasm, try The Balm's Hot Mama. It's right on the money and in my opinion, a better value than Orgasm!! This shade, although I love it, does not have the luminous quality that Frat Boy and Orgasm have. Frat Boy is more of a creamy finish without sparkle.
