I use the masque twice a week. I found for my hair this was the optimal usage. I noticed no difference by using the product 3 times a week and once wasn't enough to keep up the moisture levels. I suspect the optimal amount will vary based on hair type though. My hair is baby fine, color-treated, straight., and can tend to get fly-aways.

This stuff doesn't rinse out properly..I'll leave it in my hair for literally 30 seconds and wash it and it doesn't wash out properly. The day after my hair would look extremely dry. Horrible, horrible product. The only thing good about this is that it smells good.

Asking for a friend - he's got a little bit of flakiness going on with his scalp and was wondering if this would help with that? (he doesn't condition his hair like ever! and so I thought that's probably what the problem is and maybe a hydrating masque would fix it)...suggestions?
