Yes, it does! My lips have been dry for about two weeks already. I make sure to apply this on my lips as well as around the lips. Soothes the stinging. :D

Yes...it's smooth and light and works well. It does not, however, last as long as a thicker lip balm like Caudalie, but for $5 it does a good job!

It helps a little, but it doesn't seem to have anything in it (like carmex) that would help with the sting. BUT it really helps heal super fast. My lips were chapped, cracked, and just a plain hot mess... After using this, (applied several times during the day, and applied before bed) for ONE day, my lips did a complete 180... This stuff is sooooo worth it. ... If you want something to help with the sting, maybe get some regular, old school blistex, and apply this over it?
