I would say NO - the reflective qualities would work againt sun - plus you should wear something with sunscreen even an SPF4!

that would be similar to putting baby oil on you to tan so i wouldnt suggest it especially since it doesnt even have any SPF

No, it's not a self tanner. It doesn't even add a lot of color.

This product is NOT a self tanning product. All it will do is give your already tanned skin a nice gleam, some moisture and scent. Like any oil products, watch out for sticking to sand if you take it to the beach.Hope this helps

It doesn't make you get a tan, or add color. You can wear it anywhere, but all it does is cover the area in copper sparkles. Very disappointing.

answer 6
It is not a tanning oil and does not provide any sun protection. If you wear a product containing the appropriate SPF, I suppose you can wear this to the beach -- adds a nice golden glow!

I would NOT recommend using this as a sun-tanning oil at the beach or pool. Everyone regardless of skin color needs some sort of sun block and this is simply a skin enhancer and it is perfect for evening out skin-tone.

Hey honey, no SPF in this product so apply AFTER sunscreen sparingly! I say sparingly because it is a bit oily and you know....sand and oil don't blend well..

It has a slight tint to it, but really enchances a tan. I would not use it on the beach - its not tanning oil, but after the beach. It gives you a wonderful glow and leaves your skin feeling like silk. My sister is fair skinned and when she tried it, she looked like she was in the sun. Its really a great product.

This product does not give you a tan. It can be used on top of an existing tan to give you beautiful glowing skin. Unlike sunless tanning products this washes off and will probably not last if you intend to go swimming.

Question
Does this product stay on your skin like other self tanners would? If not does it come off when you sweat or get wet on a rainy day?
Finally I wonder how it srays on, does it leave streaks or is it mainly an all round good bronzer for when you need some good color fast.

It's water resistant but gets spotty in the pool - I recommend for other activities other than swimminb. It does run and rub off some....

its definately not a self tanner, it doesnt really make you look more tan. It just enhances what you have.

It stays on until you shower or swim. I doesnt stain the skin like a self-tanner but it is more like bronzer in makeup. Great alternative for pantyhose to get some color.

I have used a lot of self tanners, and this is definitely different. I use self tanner most days, but I add this on days that I think I will be out and about (not just sitting in the office) and want a little more glow... I don't think it makes me really "BRONZE", but adds a bit of glow and a subtle sheen/sparkle to my legs. Definitely will come off in water...But not in a streaky way.

It stays on, but the description is VERY deceiving! It's not actually bronzer at all, just copper glitter!! It's probably not what you're looking for!

In the store, it would only last a day, which is what I found to be true without sweating or being in the rain. It needs to be rubbed in after spraying it on or else you will have light and dark areas.

Yes, I have tried this product on my hair. It adds that special spark. I spray it in the palm of my hand, then massage throw the hair. Works better than spraying directly onto the hair. Great to top off a special occasion .

Question
What does this product smell like?
I have read all the reviews, but I cannot find an actual example of what this truly smells like...all I can find is where people either like it or do not like it. Does it smell fruity? Coconutty? Spicy? Floral? What does it smell like?

Very coconut-y. Like tanning oil but it isn't too strong. It won't overpower perfume.
