Question
How long can you use this continually?
I know the suggested usage says 2x per week for 4 weeks, but since there are 16 pads included, does that mean you can/should start right back up on your next "session" after the first 4 weeks are through? If not, when should you be able to start a new session of them?

Honestly, thats tooo much exfoliating in one day. Use Peel Pads every three days and use Exfolikate one day in between. You dont want to ruin and strip your skin. This is a powerful product.

Yes, just continue the next session until they are gone.

answer 3
I planned to follow the 2x per week for 4 weeks first and then take a break as needed by my skin. I could see using this product more during the winter months for myself based on my skin.

I'm not sure I would exfoliate and also use this product in the same day- I feel like that would be too much for your skin....

I use them on the days that i don't use ExfoliKate...alternate between them both. However I use the clairsonic to wash my face then the pads - a double exfoliation.

Definitely, I use this and then put on Kate's Anti-bac and wear my usual makeup in the morning. I haven't had any irritation.

answer 2
I continue my exact routine once I have applied and removed this product. This includes using my Kate Somerville Acne products. I have had not problems in doing this. If I use it in the morning - I put my makeup on just as I would any other day. This product doesn't cause redness or discomfort so it is easy to continue with your regular routines.

answer 3
you should probably try and avoid using the products on the same day. instead just use the acne product on days where you dont use this.

or you could try using both at once and if you feel any discomfort, simply dont do it again and try and wash it off. but id imagine the drug your using is some kind of a retinol product, so id advise against it.

i always try things myself either way to see if their just pulling your chain, because the "suggested usage" is usually for people with super weak skin, because if people with sensitive skin can handle it then normal skin people can too.

Like the other user I am using retin-a as well and have not experienced any problems with this or any other Kate Somerville products (Exfolikate Gentle and Regular, and also the Anti-Bac Benzoyal Peroxide Cream). I also have very oily skin and am sure this has something to do with that.

answer 2
I use retinol at night, not Retin A, and have experienced no irritations or reactions. You should consult your dermatologist, in my opinion. If you are getting the results you need with Retin A, as most are, additional peels should not be necessary.

answer 3
I use this with Retin-A 0.5%, though I have very oily skin and I've never, ever peeled or been irritated by Retin-A alone (started on 0.25%). All of Kate's products are intensive so I would try it and leave it on for a short amount of time at first just to make sure you're not irritated.

Question
does this product replace philosophy's resurface-microdelivery dual phase peel?
I really want to try this but I don't want to waste money and buy something I'm already doing. Currently, I use Philosophy's resurfacing peel once a week so is this something I can add or replace the product I'm already using?

will it help get rid of white heads and clear skin
i have little bumps on my forehead, my cheeks and below it; will this help get rid of the bumps because my clarisonic isnt not doing anything and will this be okay for existing acne or will it irritate it and make it worse?

Try the Dr. Dennis Gross extra strength alpha beta peel. You can get the 14 day size, use it daily...it is much better. Also, Mario Badescu makes fantastic products for small (or large) breakouts. I wish Sephora would carry the Mario Badescu brand, as those products changed my life!!
