This stuff works with any skin tone! It looks a little white at first and then absorbs in and makes your face look glowing and healthy. It is perfect for a fair to medium complexion like you have. You won't regret it!

Yes it's tinted but it's pretty sheer. However, if you are tan this will probably be too light. But if you use a setting powder that matches your skin, it should blend in nicely :)

That is the coolest part. You will squeeze this out and think no way - but when you put it on your face, it kinda melts into the skin and just evens out the tone. It really doesn't add color, but it isn't mask like either. Give it a few minutes after you use it the first time - and don't glop it on - a little will really do the trick.

My skin is exactly the same as yours sounds; this stuff works great! I swear it covers my rosacea better than any of the "full coverage" foundations I've tried, and it doesn't have a grey undertone like some BBCreams. :)

I am also fair/light, golden undertone with rosacea. I just started using the Water Fuse BB by Dr. Jart. The color is perfect and very forgiving. It goes on very cool which feels great on skin with rosacea. It starts out looking a little pale, but very quickly turns into a perfect color-match. It feels very natural and doesn't sink into my wrinkles and lines around the mouth. It gives a youthful appearance to the skin and doesn't look like makeup at all. It looks like your skin doesn't need makeup. In the past year, I've tried Bare Minerals, Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation, Clinique's new Repairwear Makeup and their Redness Solutions Makeup. They are good products, just not for me. I like this sooooo much better! It covers all my flaws, spots, scars, pores, veins, etc. without looking like a mask.

The Dr.jart silver label and black label are better colors for yellow undertones. Gold label (premium) is more pink and for mature skin.

Dr.Jart premium (gold label) is for mature skin and is the most pink based bb in all of dr.jart range. Silver label is more yellow base and for oily/combo skin

I have combination skin with a somewhat oily t-zone and Water Fuse did not cause my skin to break out. Of course, I only started using it in the past month or so and since the weather has turned cooler, my skin is drier - so that may be preventing the breakouts. I would definitely use this product in the winter again. I'll have to wait and see about summer weather - I live where it gets very humid.

I loved this for the first couple of weeks I used it, but over time, it did start to break me out. I have very sensitive skin, although not oily skin, but I started to get red bumps on my cheeks, which went away when I stopped using it. I was so disappointed because I was loving the product!

I would go with Dr. Jart! It is water-infused and really absorbs well. It doesn't sit on your skin, which would be troublesome for normal to dry skin types. It is very moisturizing but never feels oily. There is no real difference between the Water-Infused BB Cream and the Premium BB Cream (both from Dr. Jart), other than the SPF factor. Boscia's is not quite as creamy as Dr. Jart's. Hope this helps!

i have super oily skin that gets greasy in about 4-5 hours which is not fun at all. I like how it says it hides imperfections and it IS oil free but would this work okay for me? or should i try the premium BB?

u can doubt this bb cream from hiding any imperfection you may have on your face because it barely covers my tiny sunspot. the only way you can get coverage out of this is by using a sponge and dabbing onto the area you want extra coverage. this technique makes this bb cream look more even and flawless on my skin than blending it out with my hands.

sometimes when I use this, I set it with some powder because it does come out dew-y looking. For oily skin, I don't think i'd recommend it unless, i feel like it would slide around.

If I were you I would try the SKIN79 BB Creams, either the one in the gold bottle or the Hot pink. I have oily skin and I find those to work better. The Dr.Jart BB Cream to me is oily when I put it on and makes me break out.

I have oily skin and this does not work for me. I much prefer the Premium over this. It's all preference. If you look at the labeling on the shelf, Premium is for more full-coverage vs the Water Fuse if for light-coverage. I like more coverage so despite the fact the the Premium is for combo/dry skin, I purchased that. I like it, I just use a lighter moisturizer in the morning or just my serum. Also, I like that the Premium has anti-aging properties, SPF, and whitening (don't quote me on the last one because I'm not looking at my product right now)HTH!

I have combo/oil skin and I"ve been using this for about 2 weeks...no huge shininess but I hear there are much better BB creams for combo or oily skin. I dust with matte powder after application (to remove the "glow" that others want but we don't) in the morning then blot once or twice a day with oil-removing sheets and it's been fine.

My age - 53: This is my first purchase of any BB cream. I'm 53, and I love this. The hyularonic acid plumped up all my fine lines everywhere, and I was incredibly amazed that it evened out my skin perfectly (I have yellow undertones, the usual bluish eye circles, and a little redness). It looks great all day on me and did not settle into the fine lines like everything else. I'm throwing out all my other foundations for this. Hope it works for y'all!

i personally don't think this is suitable for mature skin, just because it settles into my fine lines and i'm 18. makes my skin look worst than without makeup in natural day light. My mom tried it and she's in her 40s, she said it feels moisturizing but look flaky. Definitely one to skip.

The Gold Label is for mature skin. BB creams have been popular in the Asia market for over 5 years already. Here in the picture shows 4 dr.jart bb cream formulas part of their permanent collection. Silver Label for normal/oily. Black Label for dry, Green for normal/dry.

yes, you can use it with a primer for a longer stay. I would really suggest a skin 79 BB Cream if your wanting to use a primer. This is a bit heavy for me and Skin 79 creams are much lighter and softer on your skin. they seem to last longer on their own and last all day and night with a primer.

I guess you could use bb cream as a primer but it's supposed to eliminate steps in your morning routine. A bb cream is supposed to be your moisturizer, primer, foundation, concealer all in one. I have yet to find my HG American bb cream. So far, I really like the ones from Korea, ones you have to order online.

I personally think that adding liquid foundation over this would be quite a heavy look. But, I never tried it before.

Yes, you can use as primer and use foundation/powders over it. However, if you want your primer to be very oil-controlling, then BB creams aren't the choice. If it's just to give some radiance and extra coverage, then BB creams make the perfect base! Original name is "blemish base" as you can see from the original asia market release.

Yes! This product can definitely be used as a primer. Many people will use it just by itself as a multi-purpose product. However, it looks great with foundation on top. Gives it a more finished look.

If you have med skin tone , i would recommend trying other bands beside this one. BB cream is a great product to even out skin tone and aborbed oil and less the appearance of pores. however, if you had normal to combo skin not recommend. And if you breakout then no.

Even if you find that it doesn't quite match your skin tone, I highly recommend you try this product out for its many other benefits. Simply wear it around the house and soak it in. By far, this is the best purchase I have made in my life and I will continue to buy this product. If you really want a cream that will more closely match your skin tone, I would try out the other BB cream by Dr. Jart. The shade is slightly darker than this BB cream's, which is a very light, ashy color. Good luck! :)

Yes! You would love BB cream. I would suggest Dr. Jart Premium BB cream (gold tube) because the formula is a bit thicker. I have larger pores on my nose and I found that it totally just covers it all up. I can't see a thing after I put this stuff on. This cream is my calling.

I have tried Missha, Liole, and Skin 79. I also tried the ones from Sephora like this one and the Clinque one. I love my Missha one! It has so many different kinds of shades. It is sticky and grey. But most ( all ) BB creams are going to be grey and sticky. I love the ones from Sephora and Asia. Hope this help!

It depends on your skin type and your needs. If you have dry skin, sensitive skin, or both, then this product is good for you. If you don't, and you need something that can cover up blemishes and acne scars, then I would suggest Missha Perfect Cover BB cream. The Water Fuse BB cream doesn't do much in terms of coverage, so you'll have to wear foundation/concealer over it.

The version I found in China (beijing) had whitening properties in it and I'm caucasian so i didn't want the bleaching effect but if you want that and you get a surely safe version (there are lots of fakes that can be really unsafe) either one would probably be about the same. Usage-wise i can't tell a difference but i didn't use the asian version for long because of the bleaching.

I like the ones from Asia. The 2 Dr.Jart bb creams on sephora, i'm not sure if they're reformulated for the US market but i do know that they appear on eBay with different names. I like Dr. Jart's "Silver label" and "dew drop" better. I've also had better luck with other brands besides the ones on here.. such as Missha, BRTC, etc. I will attach a picture of some BB creams i have.
