It seemed to stay put wherever I put it and the directions do sound like it is intended to go over the eyelid, so I tried it and was fine.

never use anything on the eyelid unless the packaging says it is safe to use on the eyelid - most problems occur around the eyelid area and not actually the eyelid

Does this help reduce dark circles?
I am interested in trying this product to help with the horrible darkness under my eyes and between them on the sides of my nose, as well as to help cover the blue blood vessels on my eyelids. I see in the product description it states that "dark circles appear faded". So, does this product contain ingredients that actual help reduce the appearance of dark circles over time? Or do they just "appear faded" when you apply the tinted veil on them? Thank you in advance for your responses.

Eczema eyelid area
I've recently been having issues with eczema on my eyelids, which is terrible. A lot of things will set it off, has anyone used this that is prone to eczema? Did you get a flare up do to it? I really want to try this out, hope someone can help! Thanks!!

I used this and found it extremely irritating. I used it a few times and my eyes turned goopy and bloodshot. The last time I used it, I cried so I guess it must have gotten in my eyes. I thought I had pink eye. I woke up in the morning and I couldn't open my eyes because my eyelashes were gooped shut. I didn't have any makeup on so it couldn't have been cause by anything else. I returned it. I used Lancome eye cream for 25 years without problems. When they changed all their products a few years back, I started having problems. So yes, this is probably causing your problem.
