Yes! It is a beautiful color on all skin types. During the "cooler" months when my fair skin is fair in color, it's great. When it warms up and I go for tan ( sunless of course!) it still looks amazing when worn alone. Under your shadow, you won't see the color though. It's good to use if you want a primer you can use as a highlighter with shadow, or alone with no shadow it gives a soft shimmer hue

how much do u need to use?
I wanted to do a tropical look for my eyeshadow but without a primer it was hard to see the yellow orange pink (the eyeshadow is from the sephora studio kit)..so i decided to buy this and was excited to use it but when i did it didnt make much of a difference cuz i still couldnt see it..i had to add water to the eyeshadow to make it more bright. could it be i didnt use enough primer?..i used a peasize amount..or mayb it was a bad batch? the primer wasn't dry or anything and was shimmery... :\

answer 3
Try the original color, it isn't shimmery at all, its pale flesh colored, but I still don't think it would work wonders for your tropical look. A pea size amount is way too much, I don't use more than a pen-tip.

I think a pea size amount is too much. I use a very thin layer even when I wear it alone. You may want to try an eyeshadow that has more pigmentation especially if you have darker skin.

answer 5
The original primer is amazing and you should only need a tiny amount. I use the Sin colored one on its own and original when I am adding eyeshadow. Try using urban decay's eyeshadow if the colors you use now aren't bright enough. UD uses a ton of pigment so the shadow stays bright.

If you're trying to have bright colors stand out such as yellow I would recommend the plain primer from Urban Decay. It works great too but doesn't have any color. Then you have a blank canvas. Hope that helps :)

I've had problems with the Sephora Studio eyeshadow not showing up as bright as I have wanted it before. Always try it on in the store or ask for help if you aren't sure and wanting a specific look. It does sound like you used enough primer though. You can try different amounts in test areas to see what a better balance of Primer to Eyeshadow ratio might be.

.37 US FL OZ. The squeeze tube is by far the better way to package this product! The old wand applicator tube used to let air into the product every time you use it which made the primer dry out and get clumpy. This new packaging keeps product fresh and from drying out!

The tube is actually bigger! You get more product for your money. And I think its more sanitary. Instead of wiping the wand on your eye lid, and risking getting bacteria on it, all you have to do is squeeze it on your finger and apply! Its a good deal all the way around.

I am not certain on the exact oz in it ( I don't have it with me at the moment) but I have owned and was replacing my genie bottle when I got the tube. It is larger than the bottle and unlike the genie bottle, you can get all the product out of the tube, where the bottle you miss alot of product the wand can't reach. This will last me 3 times longer than my genie bottle will. A tiny pin head size product does both of my eyes plenty! The tube is a huge bargain for only $1.00 more.

It's amazing. It's super smooth and soft, and covers perfectly. It's easier to use if it's a little warm though so you don't use too much because when it's cold it doesn't want to spread well so you think you need more but you don't. Just rub it into the top of your hand a little to warm it up and you're set. You only need a pinhead sized amount for both eyes.

I used urban decay's naked palette matte colors over the Sin primer. I think if you really try to not make the shimmer show though by putting on a good amount of the matte shadow, the shimmer won't shine through. But if you're worried at all about the shimmer showing though, I would get the original (non-colored) primer, because this primer is SUPER metallic. I like metallic colors/shadows and this is surprisingly metallic.

I wouldn't say it would give you a "wash of color" If I understand you right, you want something a bit lighter than the shadow... This is not that. I've never used the eyeshadow version but this is true to color, with a cream base. A Little goes a long way. I think it would be difficult to apply so little that it was a wash.
