How does this smell?
I recently received Nars Body Glow as a gift. Unfortunately I returned it because I found the smell to be cloying. As a migraine sufferer I have to be very selective with strong scents. How does the smell of Laguna compare to the Body Glow monoi oil? I'd mostly like to know how strong the smell is and whether it lasts or fades? Thanks!

This illuminator is thicker, more color and dries fast.
The Body Glow Bronzer is more sheer and dries sloooooowww because of the coconut oil it is created with. Both are great but different.

The product has a very subtle scent. If any at all. Scent not noticable.

It has a faint smell of the monoi oil but a little cosmeticky. It's very light though, so on top of a nice scented lotion it's better and won't mask the smell.

How does this product compare to NARS Body Glow in terms of color, opacity, and shimmer? Is this product as moisturizing as Body Glow?

I have never bought the NARS body glow, but I've tried it in the store and have a similar product from Victoria's Secret. I rarely ever use the VS product, because it dries sticky and gets on your clothes if you sweat. The Body Glow from NARS, when tried on in the store, made my skin look a little red... just like the VS one did. The Illuminator is much better.

I haven't used the other product, but this product is totally gorgeous on the body. You will have many compliments on your skin. Wash your hands well after you have applied to your body. This products does NOT transfer onto your clothes. Gives your tan a healthy, beautiful glow. Worth every penny!!

You can use this on scars, it wont hurt them. But it doesnt do anything to help them either.
