Does Buxom lose its tingle with time?
I love Buxom glosses and don't really wear anything else except the rare BE lipstick/gloss... I recently tried the older Flower Girls set and didn't really feel much of a tingle at all. I did however feel the tingle with the newer Swinger Girls set. Does the tingle fade over time as the product gets older? I can't wait to get my hands on this 7-piece set, by the way!

I collect Buxom, I don't use anything else on my lips, and I have noticed that different "sets" and colors have different levels of tingle. I just got the Fashion Show and Tell set and they have no tingle at all. The last set, Rocker Girls has alot of tingle. I don't think age affects it. My go to Amber never loses its tingle no matter how long I have the tube, which is usually 3-5 months. Some of my older, weirder colors that I have had going on a year now still give me tingle. Hope this helps.

the seven piece one is awesome. and yes, I think the buxom glosses were way tingly a couple of years ago when I first started buying them. Maybe I'm just getting imune to it?

All of the Buxom lip glosses I have ever had have always tingled, so not sure why your set did not. I would not purchase this 7 piece mini set ever again. That is, unless you really wanted to only try each color 2-3 times then toss the little container.

It is a long lasting gloss in my opinion. I think most glosses that are thin and liquidy, less sticky, are off your lips in half an hour. Buxom, being pretty sticky, lasts pretty long on the lips. I think it lasts about two hours. The tingle does not last as long as the gloss. Not sure as to why. It could be that the ingredient that causes the tingle wears off before the gloss. Also the lips could just get 'immune' to it being on in the amount used. Not quite sure, but yes I noticed it does wear off. For me it wears off pretty evenly with the actual gloss itself. The first five minutes after applying my lips really feel it. Then it seems to slowly wear, but that could be the gloss as well.

I haven't noticed the tingle fading with time. It could be that your set might have been defective. Perhaps sending it back might be a good idea. This little set is awesome, despite several complaints that the product inside is too small. it's great for travel. All of these will easily fit inside a makeup bag or small purse! Go for it!

i think some more than others - like flower girls do a have a little less boom in their tingle buxom probably because of time and i have ones that do that and still make my lips plump. i have tried lots and lots of products and this is one that doesnt make me have sore lips or acne around the mouth . i also find that these also have a great glassy effect and thats great to have in a gloss.

Mine have never lost their "tingle." You also get to double down when you order the kits that have the Big & Healthy Buxom Mini Lip Sticks plus the Big & Healthy Buxom Mini Lip Polishes. The combination gives you the oomph of that tingly intensity all day/night long!
