I've found this to be extremely hydrating and soothing in the morning when my eyes are puffy and red from lack of sleep. I've also spoken with a couple of the sales associates at the stores and many women have told them the same thing. I love this product, so my opinion is that you should give it a go. It's a really fair price for what you get, in my humble opinion. Good luck :)

With my experience, yes. I usually wake up looking AWFUL with puffy, red eyes. But using this formula my eyes feel AND look truly rested and refreshed with no redness or puffiness in the morning.

For pufiness try Clinique's all about eyes gel. It comes in a roller tube so it glides easily also you can put in the fridge so it's nice and cool when you apply it. Hope it helps!

This eye cream is beneficial to the eye area in many ways: it brightens, firms, moisturizes and fades dark circles. However, having occasionally had problems with puffiness myself lately, I can tell you that this eye cream did absolutely nothing to help with that. If combating puffiness is your primary concern in choosing the right eye cream, I recommend Skyn Iceland "Icelandic Relief Eye Cream with Biospheric Complex." Sephora sells this and it does help a great deal with puffiness, and also with moisturizing and firming the eye area as well as fading dark circles. I hope this helps you! :)
