I'd recommend the version of this product that is not for color treated hair for you to get the best results. If you search by brand on Sephora you can see all of the Ojon shampoos - I believe there is a version for fine/limp hair and a moisturizing/restoring version.

Yes, because even natural hair gets damaged by the sun, water, etc.

Skip out on this one! You will have much better results going with a natural shampoo/conditioner brand such as Avalon Organics, Giovanni, Aubrey Organics, etc! If your into big salon name brands and willing to spend more money on it, you could even try Aveda. I did not have good results with this color sustain line, and expected more. Its NOT worth the money!

You could use this even if you don't have color treated hair. Any of the Ojon shampoos can be used for color treated hair or virgin hair.
