Yes, this can be used for the entire eye area, from the brow bone to the lower eye socket bone.

Yes, if used sparingly. When I wake up with puffy eyelids, I place a few very small dots around the top of my eye and gently massage in. I've found adding a cool cloth or cucumber slices for a few minutes after applying the gel makes it even more effective.

Yes, I use this all around my eyes. Top lids, beneath the eyes, and under the brows. I wouldn't apply makeup over it, as it is a gel consistency and might not work in combination with eye shadow.

is this gel a transparent white in color? The gal that gave me a sample wrote two different names down for me,
The gal that gave me the sample had a jar in her hand and printed out a paper that described my sample and it read "Rejuvenating Eye Treatment Gel" but the box she put my sample container in said "Moisture Bound Eye Treatment Gel" and those are two different products.

It should be! A lot of their products use only natural ingredients. They claim that they don't use water THEREFORE, no bacteria will grow within the product. Additionally, it is not contain parabens so it should be safe
