Questions & Answers for T3 SinglePass™ Compact Iron

Question
Auto World Voltage?
What exactly is auto world voltage? I plan to go to Greece this fall, so does that mean I will not need to use a converter when I plug in this straightener?

You don't need an electricity converter to use this overseas. You just need the appropriate sized plug.

answer 2
you still need a plug adapter, but you will not need a voltage converter.

answer 3
You will only need to use an adapter (so that the plug will physically fit into the outlet), no converter necessary. I used this iron in the Czech Republic and it worked great. Actually, most flat irons are not recommended for use with a converter anyway...I have heard horror stories about them starting on fire...

Auto World Voltage means it also works in countries that use 220V.

answer 5
You will only need an adapter, not a converter. The plug outlets will be different so buy an adapter. They are much less expensive than a converter.
Mose portable appliances are global voltage now- you can tell by looking at the info on the item- if it says 110 to 250 voltage you only need an adapter.

answer 7
Auto world voltage means that the device adjusts to the different current levels in different countries. You will still need to use a converter, but only because the forks or prongs on the device will not fit into plug-ins. Basically it means that the use of it is going to be reliable no matter what the voltage is.

Unfortunately, I guess due to its small size the feature is quite basic so there is no option to select the heat setting.

It only has on/off settings. Per the box, it keeps an even temperature at 410 degrees.

I tried to use mine for creating curls and it didn't turn out great, but I think with practice it would get better. Although, the 1" is ideal for curling.

You can curl your hair almost as well as with the larger T3 with a 1" iron plate, but it does take some practice and getting used to.

Question
Can you adjust the temperature of this flat-iron?
I can't tell if the temp is adjustable and the maximum is 410 or if that's the only temp you can use it at. I need mine to be at about 350. This straightener looks good, but 410 is too hot for my hair.
