I have had 3 T3 Dryers ... when the first one died, it was a few months after I bought it. T3 replaced it, the others died just about the same time the warranty expired and T3 will not replace or repair them. I purchased a Solano for half the price and it has been two years and going good; in fact I love it much more than the T3.
I had mine for about 18 months when it CAUGHT ON FIRE. Well it is still a great hair dryer so I wrote to Sephora, they advised me to send it back to the manufacturer and gave me the info I needed. I was able to pull up the purchase from my history and even though I had never filled out the warranty (so was missing 1 of the 3 required "proofs" they did send me a new one. (Mind you I did have to wait about 4 weeks but was pleasantly surprised.
