If you're going to change your polish, definitely use a good remover as you should always start with a clean, polish free surface. This applies even if you're just taking this product off (without regular polish) and adding a couple new coats of clear.

Yes. It lays on top of your nail like polish. It does not absorb, but it is very thin and chips and flakes easily.

Yes! It's a base coat with the natural strengtheners in it, so even if you use it alone for strengthening, it will dry on the nails like a shiny base coat. I just use it under my nail polish and it works great!

I plan to use remover just so I can update the nail polish. It really does not need to be removed unless you want to redo it, like me.

Hmmm...not sure what to tell you about this one except to take it back to the store and ask for a new one. Mine came with a brush and I have no clue whatsoever as to how you would apply it without one!

Don't understand, mine came with regular brush attached to bottle top. I have never not rec'd brush on top.

Return it to Sephora. They will probably get you a new bottle.

You should have a brush with the wand. I would exchange it, it could be a manufacturer's problem.

Return it and order another one. Do it by phone so they know that there was no brush. There has to be a brush with nail polish.
