I don't mean physically, I mean where do we get refill files? The case is a nice idea, but the file doesn't last long, and I need a new one.

no replacement files came when i purchased it, however since i didn't like the file that came in it, i put in a file of my own. just had to make a hole in it and cut it down to fit in case.

No it doesn't. The Tweezerman Zip File does not come with refills.
