Dry-skin-friendly?

Hi, my skin tends to be on the drier side..will that affect the application of this pressed powder after I apply makeup? I usually use a loose powder so I want to be sure that a pressed powder is a capable substitute.

My skin is also very dry, ESPECIALLY during winter and reason I use this. Most powders settle in my lines, but not this one. I'm sure you will LOVE it : )

I find this powder to be so light that I think it would work superbly on all skin types. It is not drying; but neither is it so moisturizing that it adds to the shine of oily skin. I think you will love it!

I prefer a matte look and I have very dry skin. This is the only powder that I've tried that does not create a scaly dry look on my face. I use a brush to apply and it does not go all over the place like loose powder. I haven't tried the little pad that comes with it, though.

I recently purchased this. Haven't had enough time to see how well it works but according to the box, the ingredients include:

synthetic fluorphlogopite, talc, mica, diisostearyl malate, methyl methacrylate crosspolymer, zinc myristate, triethylhexanoin, zinc carboxydecyl trisiloxane, sorbitan sesquiisostearate, dimethicone/methicone copolymer, iron oxides (CI 77491), PEG/PPG-36/41 dimethyl ether, chlorphenesin, vinyl dimethicone/methicone silsesquiioxane crosspolymer, iron oxides (CI 77492), titanium dioxide (CI77891), dimethicone, tocopherol, zinc oxide (CI 77947), dipentaerythrityl hexahydroxystearate, methicone, tetradecene

I have no clue what they mean, but hope it helps!

Consumers are becoming more educated, Sephora. Ingredients should be listed for every product. I'm disappointed.
