No, it is not tinted at all. It does have an illuminating shimmer - but no color

It is a illuminating. A slight lilac tint at first that blends in and just adds a brightening effect.

it depends on your skin type, often a serum is recommended under an eye cream but again depends on your skin type (dry, oily, normal, combo) & climate

I find using the serum as a thin layer, let it absorb completely into the skin. Then apply another thin layer of regular eye cream works!

Is it normal for my dark circles to get worse?
I know that seems like a dumb question. But I have noticed my dark circles are getting very bad with this cream. Is it one of those gets worse before it gets better type of products?
