It does include sulfates, however, it does not include parabens. If you are looking for a sulfate-free conditioner, I think Bumble and Bumble does have one you can try.

Opening bottle?
Hi all! I ordered the largest size of this shampoo since I use it so often, but once I tried opening the pump to work, it didn't :/ Anyone have any tips on how to get the pump out of the bottle? Appreciate it!!!!!

Try squeezing the bottle, shaking the bottle, asking somebody else to help you, and pushing on top of the pump with pressure. If the pump is broken, you can possibly exchange the product. I hope my tips helped you.
