I haven't tried the Creme de Coco...but if you can get your hands on the MoroccanOil shampoo and conditioner, get it! My hair is thick and long and the Gentle shampoo didn't impress me. I just got a small bottle of the MoroccanOil and loooove it!

I did not find this shampoo to be moiturizing enough. It has a rich texture, but once my hair dried, I didn't feel an increase in smoothness or see extra shine. My hair actually felt heavy, as if residue was left in even after thorough rinsing.

I thought the crime de coco left a heavy residue on my hair which I didn't like. I have lots of curly/wavy hair. I'm currently using the B&B Super Rich conditioner

You and I probably have the same type of hair because my hair is dry, coarse and naturally curly so I would say you MIGHT want to go with the gentle shampoo its not too heavy but moisturizing. I've been using this for 4 years now and I can't go a day without it. I've tried the the creme de cocoa and it is a bit too greasy for my liking.

I have the same type of hair- I MUCH prefer Creme de Coco if you're looking Bumble and Bumble. I have recently discovered Angel Wash and Angel Rinse (my summer shampoo/conditioner), and Luxury Wash and Luxury Rinse- both Angel and Luxury are by Kevin Murphy, and I love them 1000x more than B&B for cleansing/conditioning- they cleanse gently but thoroughly, and the conditioners seem to actually MOISTURIZE, not just sit on my hair, weighing it down.

Angel is lighter, which is good for summer, since there's enough moisture to help engage my curls, but it keeps them from being frizzy, and Luxury is for fall/winter, when it's pretty dry and gross and I need loads of moisture, also to keep from becoming a frizzball.

I like B&B styling products better though- especially Tonic (all the time), Surf Spray (Summer) and Texture (colder temps) to keep my curls from becoming Troll Doll Frizz.

I've found that this helps minimize and repair breakage and damage from heat styling. It's a gentle cleanser and not overly moisturizing to the point of making your hair oily. I'm still able to wash my hair every-other-day with this product and my hair looks fabulous the second day. I highly recommend it. You may also want to use their thickening hair spray, that stuff is amazing, if you spray that on before you straighten your hair it'll look even better.

I have a head full of fine hair, that I blow dry and flat iron, no color treatments or anything funky. Definitely does not weigh your hair down. No greasy residue either.

I only straighten my hair if I haven't left it curly. I haven't noticed it weighing down my hair, but then I have a lot of hair.

This product is for dry hair, bumble has a product that can help, perhaps betting one for normal hair, it will weight your hair down if you have olily

This products cleans gently without over drying or leaving your hair greasy. I have blonde hair and hate dulling cleansers. This shampoo left my hair soft and shiny without being greasy. I hope you like it.

You could use this shampoo every day and it will not dry out your hair and for the days you miss if your hair is oily it will clean it thoroughly.

This will definitely keep your hair clean and also moisturized! My hair is very dry, as I color it a lot, but with this shampoo it feels clean and also soft and healthy.

I didn't find this to be good for my oily hair with a dandruff prone scalp. I usually wash my hair every 2-3 days and this didn't get it clean enough. I do however love the Tonic shampoo and the Creme CoCo from Bumble. They seem to do really well with combination hair - just don't use too much conditioner on your roots or your 2nd-3rd day hair might be too oily.

The gentle, tonic, OR the seaweed shampoo. I think gentle and tonic are great for color-treated hair because I use it on my color treated hair. Seasweed is almost like a clarifying shampoo its very light so for fine hair it might be a win-win too...

Definitely gentle. It's awesome! I have highlighted hair as well as extremely fine. I've found NOTHING that works like this. Enjoy!

It depends on the product but the color minded line from b&b is great for color treated hair and is sulfate free!

Yes, most of the shampoos have laureth-sulfates.

Try " ultra swim" . You can get it at most drug stores. It keeps chlorine out!!

I also have dry skin/scalp and I use this product. You could also use the creme de coco - it's even more nourishing.
