Questions & Answers for Bumble and bumble Creme de Coco Shampoo

Question
Will it fade my color treated hair?
I know it says it is color safe but I want to know if it will effect the color in my hair. I am just worried that this will make my hair fade more than one that is specifically designed for color treated hair. I have blond highlights and my hair is dry. Would this be a good choice for me?

This will not fade color treated hair, as I have both highlights and lowlights in my hair and not had any issues with fading. I do recommend, in general, not washing your hair everyday if you can, it helps with color retention and overall hair health :)

it would be great if your hair is dry. I have blonde hair, naturally, but add in highlights, so my ends get dry although my hair is fine, and can get oily. THis does wonders, my color is bright and looks great, and keeps my hair soft and smooth.

this one smells good but i recommend the B&B gentle shampoo, it really cleans your hair but doesn't dry it out.

It doesn't fade my blonde highlights and it's helped restore the silky softness to my treated hair.

I use the gentle shampoo and super rich conditioner as well as this creme de coco shampoo and conditioner. I have highlights and I don't see a significant color change in my hair. It certainly helps my highlights look better because my hair is healthier!

I have my hair dyed and it did nothign to the color but help keep the shine and add moisture, though if your hair is really dry I would add argon or pequi oil as they are safe and add moisture to color treated hair as well.

Creme de Coco works great with colored hair! It really moisturizes dry hair, and doesn't strip your hair of natural oils and hair color. It's a gentle cleanser that leaves your hair feeling clean and smooth without feeling dry and/or damaged.

Just make sure you use conditioner as well! I have color and highlights and it seems like it hasn't faded yet. I am also not an everyday washer and use dry shampoo if I need to.

No, not at all! I love it! I am very careful about the too. I have blonde highlights & I started using it right after getting mine done. I love the healthy shine & condition my hair has been in. I have been getting great comments on my hair. So its working!! Been using it for 5 weeks.

I think it would be perfect for your hair. Avoid the "Sunday shampoo" and other clarifying types to help maintain your color.

Question
Is this shampoo good for thick hair + oily scalp?
I have thick , frizzy hair but I also have oily scalp and can never find shampoo that would work for me. Also, my hair often loses it's volume by the end of the day.
I just moved to the States and I'm not familiar with this brand since it wasn't available in my country.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

This shampoo is quite hydrating. I have a lot of hair and an oily scalp at times. I find that it is good at lifting some of the oil, however I do have a deep cleaning product for when I really need to get the oil gone. However if you strip the hair too often it will only get more oily over time so you need to find a balance. I would suggest co-washing (conditioner washing) every other time with a good hydrating conditioner.
