You do not need much at all. As you are putting it in your hair it
quickly absorbs so it is very easy to judge how much you need.

We recommend applying a quarter sized amount of the hair Quenching Masque for mid-length hair.

SUGGESTED USAGE
-Apply once a week after cleansing with Quenching Shampoo.
-Distribute evenly and massage.
-Rinse after 10 minutes.
