Questions & Answers for Bumble and bumble Styling Creme

Question
Volume with air dry?
I am looking for something that I can apply to wet hair after washing to provide some shape and control for my fine, slightly wavy hair when I let it air dry. The problem is that whenever I let my hair air dry, my roots are always flat and limp... will this provide any volume when I air dry, or does it only give volume when used with a blow dryer?

I have the same issue at times. What I usually do is let my hair air dry and when it is still a little damp I use a blow dryer at the roots and I get excellent volume with natural shape and big beautiful curls.

If you air dry and use your hands to fluff a bit while drying, it will provide some volume. If you just brush your hair back, it will stay that way

B & B's Styling Creme works with or without a blow dry to give wonderful body and volume to thin, limp hair.

I didn't get a lot of hold out of this, with my fine, wavy hair (which curls up nicely with other products). Feels nice, but doesn't do much. Works a little better with styling tools, but still not much hold.

I usually don't air dry my hair, I use a blow dryer for just a few minutes upside down. I put about a quarter sized amount of this styling creme in first. I use my fingers to "mess" up the top of my hair to get lift. This gives me the lift I need, then use the B&B Curl Conscious Styling Foam to scrunch in curls. I lightly spray the top of my hair to help hold the lift. If I let my hair air dry the top is flatter than a pancake.

My hair is not thin or coarse, right in the middle. It gave no volume either way I used it. It just makes my hair look healthier and in more control, not all over my head in its own world. But def. no volume.

Since I don't air dry my hair, I don't know if this will help but...I use a volume booster (Neutrogena--from the drug store!) before using this product. I HAVE to use a dryer and actually style my hair to give it any sort of lift, volume and style. That said, my hair is very short (pixie), "mature" hair (haha) and straight and fine. I hope this helped in some way.

I have fine, wavy hair, and this didn't provide any volume, either when I blow dried or otherwise.

I also have very fine hair that slighty waves. I've been using this before drying my hair & it works great! I've also been following with the surf spray and the texture of my hair is great!

While it's not a volumizer, it may create volume if you apply some at the roots. I don't think your hair will go limp or flat by using this product since it's very light. It definitely won't weigh your hair down.

Styling creme you use before you blow out your hair. Grooming creme is usually used after you blow out or on a guy after he dries his hair. I like to use grooming creme when I am trying out a sleek, but not too sleek look. :)

Grooming creme is for thick coarse hair. It's more of a finishing product kind of like pomade where as the styling creme is great for thin and fine hair and used on wet hair before drying. Great stuff!!!!!!
