It has a pleasant fruity smell to it. Very light and not all that noticeable.

It has a light 'fresh' type smell. I dont think it is fruity, maybe slightly floral. The smell does not last so I dont think it would interfere with any other smell like your perfume.
I dont think it has a perfume smell, I can't think of any perfume it smells like. Sorry, hope this helps.

No perfume like smell. Reminds me of hair spray. Not too pleasant on the smell but it goes away and its worth it for the way it works.

To me
at first application it has a scent of sweet floral and soft underlying sweet fruit, overtoned with alcohol as it dries...to a high, soft kinda powdery flowery scent- not over powering but present. NOT a hipster/teenager/Nana/bathroom air freshner scent... But a middle of the road non descript flowery smell hard to actually describe...but it is there through out the day, I use this floral scent to layer with my other perfume or est. oils.

That's a tough one. It's definitely not fruity and definitely not nutty. It's a very distinct scent to Bumble and Bumble. It light, not offensive or overpowering. Once I've sprayed my hair, I don't notice the smell. I can actually still smell my shampoo/conditioner. However, if let's say it's raining or snowing, the scent of the hairspray kind of reactivates. I'm really finicky about the smell of my hairspray and this is my favorite. I will use Ojon in a pinch because it provides a similar lightweight hold, but has a much, much stronger, looong lasting smell, which I don't mind.

This doesn't smell like fragrance of any kind. The scent is a styling product scent- not pleasant, but not repulsive. I wasn't too much of a fan of it-.... until I used the product- and now its the smell of victory.

There are 2 distinct differences, "Does It All" is a heavier hold and smells different without any type of shine to it, whereas "Spray De Mode" is more light weight with a fabulous scent.

I can't tell much of a difference, possibly Spray de Mode has a little extra hold, but both are great and provide light hold, not sticky, and still allow for movement.

I feel like I have to use less of the spray de mode and more of does it all. Spray de mode is a better choice if you want something light weight.

Hello,

The Spray De Mode offers a flexible hold, while the does it all hair spray will provide a bit of stronger hold. The De Mode Spray is good for relaxed styles and feels light weight in your hair.

answer 5
Spray de Mode offers more hold than Does it All, but my hairstylist recommends Does it All, as it's more of a styling agent than a finishing spray, thus you can 'do more' with one product.

The blue can is for light style, mainly light texture. It is extremely flexible and mainly for use in hair that's not looking for "hold". But enhanced style.

I like the purple can the best, as it makes my hair feel silky and soft. However as my own hair dresser admits, none of the BB hairsprays really hold. I have tried the blue can, the pink/red cans too, and they just leave residues, and don't hold. Get the purple can :) I agree with the comment that it is good for a styling spray and/or finishing spray.

SPRAY DE MODE VS. DOES IT ALL? But the answers still seem conflicting!
Maybe there is no real difference? Just another marketing tool?

Yes it really is all that. I've been using this for ages and while I've tried others I keep coming back to this. Holds through brushing, doesn't flake, lets your hair move while holding your style.

From my experience working with B&B products, Does it all has a stronger hold and Spray De Mode is a more light weight hold.

answer 3
Personally I find Spray De Mode to be a much more lightweight spray, but because of that, the hold isn't nearly as strong. I very much prefer the Does It All spray and really only wanted to switch because I wasn't a fan of the scent, but overall the hold is better (but not stiff), I can still brush it out and restyle it, and it doesn't leave residue or build up whereas Spray De Mode didn't give me as much hold but left my hair feeling and looking dull.

The Bumble and Bumble Spray De Mode has a more light weight texture and a flexible hold. The Bumble and Bumble does it all spray has a stronger hold.

answer 5
I have tried them both and dont really see a difference. If there is any difference, I think Spray de mode may provide a little extra hold, but it is slight. If you haven't tried either, they are both great products.

I find myself using less of spray de mode and it seems to be more light weight. My hair can get oily and this hair spray works better than "does it all". I've even tried the red canned hair spray by bumble& bumble. This one just works better.

It was made for reworking hair at fashion shows- big name house of fashions who spend mega $ on their clothing line, where all appearances count... just that concept alone did woo me over to try it.
