Yes, I have! Worked fine and with no flakes. I used a light dose of the spray. I wouldn't recommend multiple doses with ANY hairspray or it gets too sticky.

Yes, I use various irons everyday, and there were no issues between spray and heat. This is a decent holding and volume spray. If you're looking to improve smoothness and hold... You may want to find a product made specifically for smoothness.
