Google or you can go to their home page. Sila lists products & ingredients on their website. It doesn't contain oil per se but it does contain silicone, along with Vitamins A, C & two forms of Vitamin E and a mineral sunscreen.

It does not say noncomedogenic on the front, and unfortunately I'm going to return this product because it DID cause me to break out immediately after I started using it.

They don't say for sure, but I have almost used up a whole tube and I didn't break out or have any skin problems since I started using this moisturizer. My skin is very sensitive and hates oily products; my pores clog up and I break out. Hope this helps....

I've never had issues with breakouts utilizing this product. It's very nice.
The box doesn't have the term "non-comedogenic", but it does say "oil-free", which leads me to believe that it is not non-comedogenic.
