I try to get a sample before purchasing a product to make sure the investment is worth my time. Yes, Sephora has a wonderful return policy, but I'd rather try a product first to see how it will react rather than wasting a full bottle only to return it wastefully.
Hi, I'm 25 and have been using eyecream since I was 20. That said, I don't really recommend Caudalie's Premier Cru The Eye Cream because it may not be hydrating enough. I have been using a big sample of it for a month now, and my eye wrinkles are slowly getting worse and worse (more visible, deeper, etc). Those wrinkles aren't visible, but if I smile you can barely see them upclose in the mirror.
What I've been using before trying Caudalie was Clinique's All About Eyes Rich (which I recommend for you). Clinique All About Eyes (not Rich) is hydrating, but the Rich version is much better suited for older skin that need to fight aging and wrinkling. The Rich version helps keep my eye wrinkles at bay better than the non-Rich version. I've also been trying Shiseido's Benefiance WrinkleResist24, but again not as hydrating as Clinique's All About Eyes Rich.
Lots of 40+ use All About Eyes Rich, so you may want to try it. Just remember to apply it 2x a day, once in the morning and once before bed. Yes, I really mean in the morning under your makeup. I hope my answer was at least a bit helpful! :)

Definitely! A great way to try new products is to visit your local Sephora store. At the store, a Cast Member can make a tester for you of any products that we carry. They can also answer questions for you and make recommendations for other products.
