Question
How long does this bottle last?
This bottle appears to be on the small size and is a bit pricey.... but if it lasts a long enough time to make it worth it, then I don't mind saving the money. Plus.... do you usually use this eye cream in both the am & pm.... that is how I use most eye creams to try to get the maximum results... but at 58 years old now, I am willing to pay for a really good product. Thank You!!

I use it morning and night. Don't press the pump all the way down - maybe half way is enough for each application. I get it to last about 3 months. Opening it is really difficult when it won't dispense anymore, but it's worth the effort, as there's at least a week or so left in the bag

A little bit goes a long way! I always hesitate at the price, but it really works for me. I have bought other, less expensive creams, and am never as pleased. Usually with other creams I add vitamin C or some other agent so buying 2 products ends up at the same cost or even more then if I had bought the one in the first place.

I don't even push the pump all the way down and it distributes enough cream to take my ring finger and dot it around my eyes first and then gently work it in. I do use it both morning and night. This is my first bottle and I, too, am concerned about how long it will last. If I can get 3 months out of it, I'll be pleased.

I purchased my first bottle of Premier Eye Cream around the first week of June 2012. I just re-purchased the first week in September 2012. I do use my eye cream morning and night. I use a dime size to cover under my eyes, the top of my eyes, the corners of my eyes finishing with my temples. Every place where wrinkles can occur around your eyes.

I agree with the others. At your age you can likely find a high quality preventative line for less $. This is more a treatment. I found it to be about the only thing to help slightly on undereye circles (hereditary). So, if that is a problem for you,it may be worth it. It's not hydrating enough for me. But,at your age,I am sure it would be or likely too hydrating. The sephora consultants are always helpful or go to a store if you can and sample a bunch before you invest in a high end product. if you try this, a little goes a long way. this bottle lasts me close to 4 months I am guessing and I used it generously..trying to get moisture from it.

Goodness, 21 and your already worried about aging skin! If you skin is young and still dewey (as yours should be) invest in a good moisturizer for every day. if your skin is very dry and spotty (too much sun?) or you have dark circles from allergies, stress, etc...you might want to try this but it's very expensive and it's meant for skin that is already in need of help.

Question
Sample and Discount = Premier Cru Eye Cream
I tried a small sample of this cream at the Sephora store. I think I like it. But since it is so expensive, I am waiting to receive a Sephora discount. Do you ever have discounts (e.g., 15% or 20%) off any purchase? Also, can my Sephora account be used for a discount on a purchase, or to obtain a deluxe sample of this product

Sometimes sephora will mail (regular mail/email) exclusive VIB discounts, however, from personal experience, it doesn't happen very often. Last itme I received one was about 3 weeks ago and it was a 15% discount on all purchases for one specific week.
As far as I know, you cannot use your account to receive discounts as oppose to samples.
This eye cream is expensive but really great and worth it. It is not a small bottle so it will last you a while. It does take a couple weeks of daily use for the results to show so don't get discouraged only after few days.

I say that you should use whatever eye cream that YOU like the best and see the best results on yourself the most! I personally use both but if I were to find something better I would most definitely change. Also, some nights I'm so just deadtired that I just use the face cream around my eyes to save a step and some Time and get something around my eyes before falling asleep with nothing.

I have used both and haven’t noticed any spectacular results. Don’t get me wrong, I really like the idea of these potions being made as “natural” as possible, but for any product to be active, you need a high concentration and prescription strength ingredients like Retin-A or peptides. Also, in order for the products to work you need them to be able to penetrate your skin and not just sit on top of it. Money totally wasted.

I have used both the old eye and lip cream and the new Cru cream for the under eyes. They are both the same exact color and consistency. The Cru cream seems a little more "silky". I was very happy with the results of the first and so for the difference in price, I will probably return the Cru Cream. I am a huge fan of the Caudale skin care line and always will be!

It all depends on your skin type..I'm a firm believer that 1 product will never work the same for everyone even though they are marketed as such!

I have VERY dry skin so the PC eye cream works wonders for my eyes as it's more creamy in consistancy so my eyes just drink it up the moment I apply it. My eyes are lifted, brightened, tightened, smoothed & I just look really good for 34.

The VIN eye was horrible for me. It was far to runny in consistancy & didnt seem to soak in well. Once it soaked in, for the most part anyway; It was sticky to the touch almost tacky & my eye makeup was blotchy cuz of this. Also, I did not see the same effects that I saw with the PC eye (lifting effect, tightning, smoothness, brightness ..)

If you do like the consistancy but not effectiveness of the PC eye; May I suggest Prevage anti-aging eye cream. I used it for 4 1/2 years with great results but when the PC eye came out I was floored with the results & switched right away. PC eye works much better for me but my Mom still uses the Prevage as, like I said before; what works for some won't work great for others. While I just switched over to Caudalie my mom refuses to switch & made me ship her the last of my Prevage eye. LOL

Premier Cru works best for me. I didn't really see anything with the other product. Also, about age, I don't think it matters as long as you see results that you want! I'm 35 and tried this as soon as it came out and even though I still have oily skin and may seem "too young for the product yet" in some people's eyes, I still often feel dry around my eyes especially at night and found myself layering 2 eye creams but with this I see results I want and feel them too, so no more layering. Give it a try, you can always return :)

Question
which ones to use?
I am thrilled with Caudalie vinexpert serum anti-age. It has reduced some lines and puffiness in the eye area and has helped my lips. I wonder why you are not recommended to use it all ove the face.
My question is, after this product you are supposed to use a cream. There are so many Caudalie products. Since i trust this company, I want to know: with my very fair skin, and I am in my late 40's, what product should i use all over the face that acts as well as this eye serum? what anti-wrinkle cream, from this company should I then use for the face? and what anti-wrinkle cream should I then use on the eye area after the anti-aging serum has dried? Also, I have a problem with eyeliner bleeding down. what can I use to stop this. I use a fine face finishing powder I bought from sephora, which is wonderful for my face, i love it, but that eyeliner still bleeds, and lastly, what is the best lipstick for aging lips. The stains seem to make my lips look wrinkled. So, please anser this many part question and I will place my order. If you check my history, you can see I spend quite a bit of money at Sephora, between my daughter and me, last visit was a 780.00 visit, so you can trust me that I am not here seeking free advise, I am going to buy from Sephora, and only from this company i trust, this Caudalie. Thank you, and please, if you are too young to know what is good for older skin, ask an older rep to take this quesiton, LOL, PLEASE? thank you for your time,
Maria

I suggest to use this Premier Cru eye cream as well as the either Premier Cru face cream or the newer Premier Cru Riche in the glass jar. I started using the original Premier Cru face cream when it came out (actually, I used a promo code multiple times to get a "lab sample" :) before it was available) and when the Riche version came out I used a code to get 2 really nice deluxe sized sample jars and thought I liked that even better than the original Premier Cru face cream, but I decided to go back to the original after months of trying the Riche version and I feel it works better for me. (Maybe my worries of the glass jar allowing in light, not to mention contamination, and the $$$ active ingredients to break down are True.) If you are already familiar with the texture and application of the original Premier Cru face cream, try to get a sample of the Riche to try and see how you like it.

I feel this eye cream is the best, but everyone is different. I do recommend it, though, and you can always return it! As for the eyeliner, definitely try a primer if you do not already. Urban Decay has a really great one, in their original formula, as well as an anti-aging one that will help with wrinkles in the eye area over Time under your makeup during the day, too! If setting the liner with a face powder does not work try setting it with a matching shadow of nice quality, such as Urban Decay, and/or switch to a waterproof liquid or gel. My favorite and most long lasting liners are gel, they even stay on my waterline and NOTHING else can do that for me! (My brand recommendations for long wearing, stay put liners are Stila or M.A.C. but Sephora does not sell M.A.C. unfortunately.) Good Luck to you! :)

You should use the eye cream for the lids and surrounding area of the eye only and it night and day if you can. I would strongly recommend the following two new products found at Sephora from Caudalie. They are by far two of the best anti-wrinkle, radiant producing moisturizing products I have found. Be sure to use water proof mascara and only soft pencils for eye liner (sephora brand are the least expensive and work great). You have to give it some time, Caudalie works if you stick to a daily regimen. I've been using their products for over 2 years and have seen great results.
