Try using some sort of an exfoliating/peeling product, with AHAs, BHAs, Lactic Acids, followed by a good moisturizer with ingredients that help to regenerate cell growth and/or plump, something with collagen/elastin. Do these at night, then use night SPF during the day. Hate to assume, but if you were/are a smoker - quit. I have done it, it's doable. You will actually see the difference in the quality of your skin shortly after. Good luck.
