I use eye drops and have allergies so my end up watering a lot but I haven't had any problems with this mascara smudging as a result.

This did not smear on me, but it flaked like crazy. Not an attractive look. Great idea, and it was definitely much easier to apply to my bottom lashes than a regular mascara, but I returned it because of the flaking.

I've swum for two weeks and been to a horribly heartrending funeral with this product since purchase, and it holds up beautifully. Just be sure to use it with a primer and a lash comb!

The package states it is a long wearing formula. I don't touch my eyes and have not experienced smearing.

I've never had a problem with smearing. In fact, it takes me a little bit of effort to get it off my lashes at night with my makeup wipes.

I use eye drops several times a day, as I'm constantly looking at a computer for work. The eye drops always run down under my eyes, but I've never had a problem with my lower lash mascara smudging or running. It's wonderful. Just don't rub your eyes when they're wet, and you should be good!

There's definitely a high smudge risk while you're applying this mascara, as its formula is very wet (it almost looks like ink in the bottle). But once it dries, it seems to stay put pretty well. I just bought this today and put it on as soon as I got home, since I was eager to try it out. It's been about eight hours, and it still looks nice. However, I was told by a Clinique makeup artist that this isn't waterproof, so there is some risk of smears - I'd guess if you're sweating a lot, for example.

I've used this product twice and haven't had it smear yet. I apply it with a light hand and so far so good. Now I haven't been under extreme conditions such as working out or going dancing but during my 8 hour workday there wasn't any smear. Hope this helps.

I actually find it somewhat difficult to remove, so for me, it has pretty good staying power. The first time I used it, however, I did apply too much. Dreaded spider-leg look! On subsequent uses, I've used a lighter hand and it's been great. The size of the brush is perfect for getting those little lashes on the top, too.

Yes, it smears and flakes. I loved the idea, but mine flaked within about an hour. I put it on at 4pm to go visit some friends and by 10pm it was all off my lashes and lining my concealer.

I am not sure of the specific ingredients but I have VERY sensitive eyes and I have absolutely no problem with this.

I threw away the packaging and checked the tube, nothing is on it but here is what I suggest. Clinique has its own webpage and if you go on it there is a button you can push to speak (chat on line) with a specialist. They are open M-F and I am certain they can tell you! I think this only comes in black. But i can't remember. Anyway I prefer black.

I would suggest black, brown may be to matchy. The black is a nice shade, especially if you use black on top.

My eyes are a muddy brown. I usually go with brown mascara. With my very pale complexion black mascara usually produces an unwanted goth-effect.

My opinion, depends on the look you're going for. If you want your eyes to stand out, and are gonna wear it with black liner, than you should go with black. If you're going with more natural look with less bold color liner or no liner, than prob brown. Hope that helped!

Yes, I use this mascara on my top lashes and I love it. The tiny brush really helps to separate and define my top lashes making them look really long. :)

No I haven't and don't think I ever would. The brush is really small. I would imagine it would be too time consuming to use this brush all over. I mainly use it for touch ups in the corner and along the lash line to avoid those dreaded mascara marks after I put on eyeshadow.

I have and I actually really like it, because it doesn't make my eyes itch. The only downside is that it takes a little longer with the small applicator.

I have used it on the inner corners of the upper lashes to get the shorter lashes. The brush is really too short to do the regular upper lashes.

It lasts the entire day. It does not flake off or smudge and it looks as good as when you put it on in the morning as it does when you take it off at night.

I have been using for a this few weeks and it's still working perfectly for me, no clumps and no thinning out. The tube is smaller, but it's not tiny, and the brush is so small that it doesn't take much for one coat on the bottom lashes, and that's really all you need. I don't splurge on makeup, but this mascara works wonderfully.

Yes, it will do that. I've never had a mascara that does that so I was a bit surprised. It's not a problem though.

It is definitely water proof and even when they say that is formulated to be removed with warm water, it is not as easily removed. You will need eye makeup remover to take it off completely.

I noticed it comes off in strands. But easily removed with cold cream.

Once wet with warm water, you kind of roll (gently!) the mascara off your lashes (like Blinc and Kanebo mascaras) and it comes off in little tubes. Kinda therapeutic and very easy to remove. Minimum panda eyes.
