Can someone (non biased) recommend a better product?
Can someone (independent, someone doesnt work for clarins or parent company) recommend a better product than clarins smooth line?

on Instant Smooth Line Correcting Concentrate
I've also used Peter Thomas Roth Instant Firmx Eye, but it works differently than the Clarins product. Clarins physically fills in the line. The Instant Firmx Eye sort of puffs out your skin to fill in the line. BUT NOTE* the Instant Firmx Eye dries into a white film, so you have to have a moist facecloth to sort of rub off the excess. The Instant Firmx works great as long as you don't wipe it all off while trying to remove the white film. It takes practice, for sure.

I like Fresh and also Amore Pacific. I have used Clarins and find it very nice but not worth $32 for .06 oz of product (for that price I should look 18 again)
LM has a nice balm you put over your make up for a dewy look. I don't think there is any spackle that will fill in lines, or I would dip my entire body into a big pot of it everyday and look like I was 20 again

Worth the price. The results are excellent. I use around my lips and above my eyebrows. Lasts all day without reapplying.
I have tried many of these types of line filling products, for my deep laugh lines. I can't recommend an alternative because they all have performed about the same...none do that much to soften or fill my laugh lines. I just use the Clarins skin smoothing primer on my whole face and it gives a generally smoother surface and softens most fine lines. I didn't get a better effect with this line filler (or others) and they are all much more expensive that the regular, all over face primer.
