I know what you mean! I get those too. Exfoliating a few times a week can help eliminate dead skin cells and smooth your skin texture. This product definitely helped me with any bumps caused from clogged pores or dry skin. Give it a try!

I think this may help - I have some roughness on my cheeks, which I wouldn't quite call bumps, that it does help with.

I think this product is probably too gentle to remove bumps already on your face. However I think over time it will do wonders for keeping your skin free of built up dead skin cells.

I have been getting professional microdermabrasion for 9 years and that is one thing I highly recommend to everyone. I have searched for a product to carry-over until the next 'micro' and this Smart Dual Action Exfoilator is not it. dr..brandt microdermabrasion exfoliating face cream has been my choice.
It is expensive so if you can get a sample do give it a try.

I think it would. It us a gentle exfoliator, but if you use the green (t zone side), it is a little more intense. I had bumps on my face too. I bought the clarisonic mia (so worth the price) and it has cleared up my face. I use it with the exfoliator for a more intense scrub. Just had a facial and the woman told me my skin was amazing. Had never heard that in my life! Good luck

I use it a couple days a week in the shower in the morning after I wash my face--the container is very cumbersome in the shower tho.

Use 1-2 times per week before you use your normal cleanser. I would suggest getting your face wet before using. Also be sure to restore moisture to the skin by using and oil-free lotion.

use this exfoliator twice a week, or once a week. after cleansing the face with your favorite cleanser apply the white part then the green part and scrub those dead skin cells away. then pat dry and apply a moisturizer! hope this helps!

I think an exfoliator needs to be used on an individual basis--once a week, once a month..., I think it depends on the time of year, your skin sensitivity, your daily environment, daily activities. Depending on your skin type I would try once a week and see how your skin reacts, try doing it in the AM for a lovely invigorated face ready for the day! I use it once-twice a week especially in the summer months for that extra scrub from the hot humid weather or a little extra scrubness when I'm breaking out with blemishes! In the winter I don't need to scrub as much--you want to keep the oils and natural moisturizers going, but also scrub the dead cells away periodically. So that doesn't really help, but--pick a day, scrub it, love it, and you'll fund your own exfoliating path.......enjoy the smart scrub!

I personally use it once or twice a week either in place of your regular cleanser, or in addition to your regular cleanser. Because I have oily, acne prone skin I use it twice per week, then use toner and follow up with my regular moisturizer.

A little dab will do! As with any exfoliator you don't need to use it everyday, at best 2-3 times per week. You control what you use in the jar, not to mention it prepares your skin for any products, serum or moisturizer you may follow with. I mix my skin care (loyal to one or two brands) this item was a much welcomed addition!

only good on the face. think of it as this way...there are stuff out there for everything. you wouldn't use a body cleanser for your body on your face. or body lotion on your face, same applies to these products. the exfoliater is great only on the face and was made for the face used anywhere else on the body might cause a reaction. try buying a body scrub at sephora those are really good! bliss has good ones! hope this helps !

There is no reason you could not use this product on the rest of your body, but why not try a less expensive alternative exfoliator or heck even a good loofa and your fav body gel and save the good stuff for your face, not that your body isn't worth it too? Keep the product for your face, it is really nice, but to do your whole body you'd use it up in one fell swoop, it does seem a bit over kill. I'd pick a good apricot/walnut scrub for your legs, arms, etc. if you need a scrub.
