It's just for puffiness. It did nothing for my dark circles.

For me it improved darkness (which came from the shadows of the puffiness)

unfortunately it doesn't help ur dark circles...in that sense u would prob look for an eye cream instead..it depuffs and hydrates but l don't see it helping with dark circles

This is fast absorbing and hydrating but after two weeks use, I am not yet seeing reduced puffiness or less dark circles. However, the package says it takes on average 4 weeks to see benefits so I cannot rule that out. I would recommend this as a treat for tired eyes - it really feels good and the rollerballs are stimulating the eye area, getting the circulation going. Hope this helps!

For me it really helped with the puffiness, but I also noticed the dark circles were diminished as well.

It's helpful for both. The Red Vine is what's great for the dark circles, while the cooling sensation and light-reflecting pigments diminish puffiness.

Not much help for dark circles, but I think you need to use it for several months to see a difference.

This product works great for puffiness-reducing. I haven't noticed that it helps at all for dark circles, so I just use my usual concealer for those.

It has significantly reduced the bags under my eyes in the 3 weeks I've been using it - morning and night.

This really helped me with my allergy puffiness. I just posted a review for it. It is certainly worth a try and the price is great.

It is the perfect product for someone with allergies to use it dries quickly and works well with someone who wears contacts. It also is without the bad chemicals in it no- parabens ect..

it's great for puffy eyes ! i have allergies as well, plus my cat likes to sleep in my bed from time to time, to make matters worse ! i apply it before bed and it usually works like a charm.

I used this product for 30 days with no results. The product irritated my eyes. Waste of money. It's difficult to determine if a product really does what it says. Unfortunately, that is often not the case in this billion dollar beauty business.

Yes! This product works great for someone with bad allergies. I have migraines and allergies (I'm allergic to pretty much every make up product out there) But this stuff has no smell to it and feels so cool and refreshing on my eyes!

Me as well doll. This has been my favorite one so far----after probably over 100...haha always in search.....doesn't leave a residue in the morning...and use it as one of my eye serums in the morning..........good luck.....keep it in the fridge...feels great to wake up too:)

It is not at all necessary to refrigerate this product. Whoever told you that needs some product training! You can put it in the fridge for a cooling treat, as eye gels tend to feel especially soothing when cold but this product feels great as is. The rollerballs are very stimulating so feel very nice to tired eyes. It is a nice treatment product.

You do not have to refrigerate this product. If you do the cooling texture is very refreshing underneath the eye.

You don't have to refrigerate. I keep mine in the bathroom, and the metal roller balls at the end of the tube keep chilled all the time.
(Only because it's kind of a hassle to remember it's in the fridge, go there, find a mirror... blah blah. I'm all about ease in my mornings!)

I think if you refrigerate, it would enhance the cooling effect, but I didn't see anywhere in my packaging, or online, where it said that refrigeration was necessary... or recommended for that matter.

refrigeration helps make it colder..which help puffiness..but not something you have to do!

I do not refrigerate mine, and I find it to still be refreshing and cool. But I'm sure it would feel even more cooling and soothing if you did refrigerate it. I just think I would forget about it if I left it in the fridge.

I have used eye cream for years BUT they never seem to "de-puff", they just moisturize.

Since using this (about a week now), i use this alone and it is moisturizing enough for me. This is coming from someone who has used only a eye cream since i was 13, and i am now 26.
The HydroSenn+ in this eye gel is the ingrediant that moisturizes.

So i would try it without first and see if you feel it moisturizes enough for you.

I use it on my upper lids with no problems or irritation. I find it helps tighten the lid and feels very nice besides. I am 44 so the skin on my upper lids has thinned a bit and I feel it has helped lift and tighten. My skin never has been irritated from this product.

It will not help. 7 Second Eye Lift helps some and then I use either benefits "ooh la lift" or touche eclat to help eyes look more rested and brighter. I'm 58 and have found nothing that will hide fine lines or wrinkles the way we want them to be hid. Hourglass Veil primer also will help blur fine lines. I'm going to try their foundation next, I think. Good Luck!

I'm 48, almost 49 & not sure if it helps with the fine wrinkles and quite frankly, I'm proud of each and everyone of my wrinkles (no, not just saying that)! I have been thru much in my relatively short life; being on life-support with the proverbial plug being pulled since there 'was no hope' for me to live; I fought back hard & am not going to let our society dictate to me what is beautiful. For me? My scars & wrinkles R beautiful because I'm here to see them & I celebrate them. I live life to the fullest & age or wrinkles won't stop that. Would I like to have the skin of a 20 year-old? Absolutely! But would I change my fought-for wisdom for it? Not a chance! Having said that - I do love to look the best I can & think the de-puffing gel works wonders.

I am 44 an am on my third tube of this product. I think it's a really good product, particularly for the price. I don't have dark circles but I do get that morning puffiness and I feel it has legitimately helped with that. I put it on first, allow it to dry for a few minutes, then I follow up with Origins Plantscriptions for moisturizing. (By the way, that moisturizer is delightful. It's very smooth and doesn't pull or drag your skin at all. You can use it on both your lower and upper lids and it's a great price compared to other high-end eye moisturizers). If my eyes feel really dry/crepe-y I'll add a little Josie Maran's Argan Oil. After two months of this combination my eyes are definitely less puffy and my fine lines are much less noticeable. I also noticed that the skin around my eyes is more lifted and younger-looking. I know I listed three different products so you may ask yourself how do I know that this particular one does anything? Since each product addresses a different issue, it isn't too hard to parse out which product is doing what. The Sephora Depuffing Roll-On Gel is specifically for dark circles and puffiness and that has improved on me. I can feel it lifting and tightening when I put it on..BEFORE I do anything else. The Origins and Argan Oil are for moisturizing so it's two different actions. I say give it a try, but be sure to add a moisturizer afterwards, something that the 20-somethings may not need to do. Besides, if you are unsatisfied, you can always return it.

I am 51- it is awesome! I sometimes add a coat of the Clinique version of this on top- for especially "puffy-eyed" days!

I don't know if it works for wrinkles, but I bought this product for my mother and she is in her mid 40s. In less than a week she saw a decrease in puffiness and discoloration beneath her eyes. She is thrilled with it so far and it has only been about 2 days since she has started applying the product in the morning and at night. Hope this helps!

I store my depuffing roll on gel in refrigerator and the cool feeling seems to make it work better and refreshing.

No need, the agitator beads will depuff undereyes with a cooling touch even with out being stored in a cold area.

This does not have instant effect on puffiness so it unfortunately will not help the scenario you described. The packaging says the average time period for results is 4 weeks of regular use.

I am also prone to puffy eyes, practically on a daily basis. This product has worked the best and the fastest to reduce the puffiness out of all the other products I've tried.

I have found that in particular this works well when I wake up after crying the night before or if allergies have made my eyes puff up. It rolls on easily and doesn't need to be washed off so you can swipe it on, put your make up over it and get out the door.

I have not had that problem. But I only use the gel once a day. Before bed, I use another undereye moisturizer.

No-I have used it for a month now and it has not caused any dryness under my eyes or on the lids.

Although the gel might be a bit drying over time, it is great under an eye cream/moisturizer for added suppleness!

I haven't had a problem with it drying out my skin, but I also use moisturizer once the gel is dry before applying my foundation. Maybe that's what makes the difference for me.

I don't find it drying at all. In fact when my eyes feel dry, I find it cool and soothing.
