Questions & Answers for SEPHORA COLLECTION Eye Makeup Removing Pads

Question
Does this product work on waterproof mascara and/or eyeliner?
I have tried several other brands that claim to work to remove waterproof mascara and eyeliner but only remove it partially and I really have to rub to get the rest off. I would like to know if this product removes waterproof eye make-up well?

Yes, it gently removes all traces of eye make up. I have personally found that it removes waterproof make up as well.

Yes! It does remove waterproof eye products as I use them everyday. However, you do have to rub a little to get it started to release the make-up. After that, the pad will begin to lift off even the heaviest of coats of water proof mascara.

No!!! Sounds just like the other remover you talked about. I don't even use waterproof and I had to RUB AND SCRUB!! and it still left a good amount of mascara behind.

It doesn't work as well as I would like, but better than other products I have tried. I still have smudges under my eyes, which I remove with face cream. I don't think there is a perfect waterproof mascara remover :(

Don't waste your money. This product did not remove my mascara or eyeliner. The best product to use is ALMAY® Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover Pads.

Yes, although I will say that when I am removing the world's best waterproof mascara, Urban Decay Cannonball Waterproof mascara, it takes
more than one to do the job.

Yes, it removes waterproof make up very well! Waterproof eye makeup is the only kind I use and I also use primer. These pads remove ALL, primer and liner, shadow and mascara and in about 1 minute.
