Blush or Eyeshadow?

According to the description, there are only 6 eyeshadows in the palette, but some comments lead me to believe the bright pink is a blush. While it could probably be used as both, which is it?

Though it states in the description on Sephora that the palette contains 6 eyeshadows, it actually has 5 eyeshadows and one blush. The Electric Pink shade is meant to be a cheek color, as stated on the back of the palette. If you used it as an eyeshadow it would not show up as vibrant as it appears in the palette, but I still think it would look nice. I think if you did use it as a cheek color you would want to use a light hand and blend it well. :)

It's very bright, the pink, and so it could definitely be used as an eyeshadow if you wanted. I applied the green and pink on my eyes in a geometric fashion for a mod look (with a neutral outfit).

the palette says its a blush, but its super bright pink and i honestly cant see myself using it as a blush OR eyeshadow.

It's both.
While I believe that the palette itself infers that it's a blush, I've used it as an eyeshadow and a blush with success. I suppose its just depends on your opinion. c:

have you tried applying it wet ? or is it only useful as a dry shadow ?

I prefer to apply shadows when mixed with water- better staying power and easier application for me. Some shadows- even by major manufacturers- are not able to be applied that way.

I prefer to apply eyeshadows wet, and spome dissolve readily but others do not. Does this eyeshadow dissolve and make application possible with a wet brush ?

I've had better luck with Stila products that aren't made in China (e.g. talking palettes) than with ones that are (like the travel palettes). It should say on the back!

My answer is get another one just in case, once these sold out, it is up to Stila to decide to make it a regular product or not, Stila had made a palette like this ( with different colors) last year, it was a limited edition product and they are now no longer sell it so I'd say grab it while you still can :)

Each eyeshadow is approximately .06 oz or 1.8 grams. The blush is the same weight.

Yeah. Each eye shadow is a sixth of .39 bringing it into a total of .065 per shadow.

Full size for stila .09oz, so each shadow is two thirds of a full size shadow. If you want to make it a little more clear, most Urban Decay and Too faced shadow palettes are sold is .03oz, and that is slightly bigger than a nickle.
