HELP! I bought the WRONG ONE! My daughter wanted the original Juicy perfume, not the newest one. Unfortubately, she does not like the newest. I need to exchange this purchase and don't know how! HELP!

I have found the staff at Sephora extremely helpful, why not go to the store and see if you can exchange it.

You may have to get a refund for the wrong perfume that was purchased then purchase the right scent.

if theres a sephora by you then you can just bring it in (yes, even without the receipt) and they will do an even exchange
if your sending it in call the customer service number and they will send you sticker to mail it but if you ordered it online they usually include a return label in the box it comes in

The quickest way to resolve this is to take your purchase and packing slip in store to make the exchange. Otherwise, mail the fragrance back to Sephora (follow the instructions on the packing slip) and exchange it that way. Hope this gets fixed for ya!

you can either mail it back or return it at your nearest sephora store, which is easiest because the refund is immediate and you can go home with the right fragrance

take it to your nearest sephora store and ask them for an exchange or mail it back with the return label that came in the sephora package you received. theyre really good at exchanging products so you shouldnt have a problem
