Unless specifically labeled "vegan" I would think no.
I read my bottle and it doesn't say. I would contact living proof. The website on the bottle is www.livingproof.com. Hope you find what your looking for.

I tried to do a little researching regarding this since I prefer organic, vegan, non-animal tested products/food. They are not overly clear about their stance regarding the vegan aspect, leading me to believe they are probably not vegan, however they have stated that they do not test their products on animals. If you are looking for a purely vegan product, I cannot assure you that this line fits the bill. As for animal testing, it seems like we are safe there.
