Everything Mascara holds up really well to my sensitive excessively watery eyes. I'd say its about 75% waterproof if that helps.

No. But I was assured by a Bobbi Brown makeup artist that it wouldn't smudge, even here in winter in the Windy City -- and she was wrong. It smudges easily and often.

Yes. My favorite is Lash Glamor Extreme Lengthening Mascara. The Everything Mascara is not my favorite.

There's just one formula, (rather than waterproof vs. non-waterproof options) but I've never had problems with it running, streaking or flaking while it's on, so I would classify it with my other waterproof mascaras. It also doesn't come off with just my cleanser, I have to use eye makeup remover to get it completely off.
