You can absolutely use this product! I have very sensitive skin also, and I love it! It will not dry-out nor irritate your skin, not one little bit! It actually feels like your skin is moisturized after, instead of dry (like other make-up removers make me feel)! I highly recommend it, you will not find yourself back in Sephora returning it! Enjoy!

Absolutely not. Apply with a cotton cleansing pad it and just wipes away makeup or overnight treatments. No water needed.

I don't, I use it like a toner application. Just a couple pumps on a cotton square, swipe & done.

Of course. It's a cleanser. It doesn't dry on the face like a moistuizer, it has to be rinsed off.

Question
Irritating to eyes?
All the make-up removers and cleansing waters that I have tried in the past have stung my eyes. I always scrub my eyes (gently, of course) and in-between my eyelashes to get all of my mascara off so, naturallly, a bit always gets into my eyes. Has anyone found this to be an issue with this product? Thanks so much!

answer 3
Try just pressing a cotton pad over your eye instead of scrubbing, scrubbing can cause more irritation if you're already sensitive.

answer 4
Not irritating to eyes. I put it on a square cotton pad and rub all over my eyes, even a little pinch on my lashes to get mascara off and I have experienced no irritation!

No, I haven't had an issue with this product concerning my eyes. I use it daily night and day. It removes mascara easily without irritating my eyes. It's like water for me but a very effective one.

Do I still need to use a facial cleanser?
If I use this product at night, do I still need to use a facial cleanser at night, as well? Or is the equivalent of a facial cleanser?

I still need to use a facial cleanser

answer 2
I would use a cleanser first, but everyone's skin is different. You should experiment to see what works best for you. Personally, I don't feel clean when I only use a toner/cleansing water. My skin needs the extra step of cleansing with face wash and water, then this product. This product softens the skin beautifully!

I think you could use this alone to cleanse your face for those days when you are in a rush or too tired for a more lengthy cleanse. However, to make it last longer, I think it is best to use as a followup after your regular cleanser to grab any extra stuff left behind.

answer 4
Yes, you still need to use a facial cleanser. I have been using this Dior make up remover water for more than 10 years now (used to use the previous version) and is the best thing ever. I cleanse with Dr. Brandt pores no more after removing my make up with this Dior product.

I would recommend still using a gentle cleanser after, especially at night but this is great for refreshing and lightly cleansing your skin in the morning.
