For best results rub all over damp face, massage in, then rinse with warm water and cleaning tool ( washcloth, clarasonic, etc...)

This is how i do it, first i wet my face and apply the milk , next I wet the cotton pad (just a little, not soaking wet) then I wipe the product off my face.

I use it just like a face wash. I wet my face, wash, and rinse. I follow up with Dior cream and go on with my day.

Question
make-up removal
I've been looking for a cream cleanser that removes make-up forever. I tried the 'fresh' one and it didn't work at all. Does this really remove make-up properly?

Yes, Try using it twice, first to remove your makeup, and second to cleanse and help hydrate.

answer 2
This Gentle Cleansing Milk is very effective at makeup removal. If you are wearing heavy makeup, you may need to follow up with a traditional cleanser just to make sure everything is removed.
