I have recently purchased Dior Gentle Clensing Milk-Peony. After use with cotton pad do I wash my face with water?

This is how i do it, first i wet my face and apply the milk , next I wet the cotton pad (just a little, not soaking wet) then I wipe the product off my face.

I use it just like a face wash. I wet my face, wash, and rinse. I follow up with Dior cream and go on with my day.
