You can tilt the bottle back and forth gently. Use cotton balls or cleansing pads. Swipe across eye lids for eye shadow or downward for mascara. I hope my answer was helpful.

NOT a gel and that's what I love about it. Use with cotton remover pads. LIght and refreshing for eyes.

It's more liquid than gel. Yes, shake the bottle then put the remover on a cotton ball or square (I use Kleenex) and gently wipe your eye make-up off.

It is not a gel, it's a liquid. You do have to shake the bottle before using to mix it up. And you use a cotton circle or square to use.

It is like an oil-liquid mixture. You do need to shake it first because the layers separate when it is sitting. I just get a little on my index finger by turning the bottle over, dot it over my upper lashes and lower lash line, and wipe it off with a cotton pad or piece of toilet paper.

I used Bi-Facil for a long time, and it's a good product. I found it oily though, and so I like the Dior better because it is just as effective without the oil. I hope that helps. : )

I've tried both and I find them fairly similar; this one moisturizes the skin around the eyes better, though.

I think that the Dior works better. It takes a lot less product. i was using the Chanel and I am so glad that I switched I go through a lot less product now. The feel of both on the skin is similar and both are very gentle. But Dior is a much better product all around.

I wouldn't recommend it. I could be wrong, but it seems like if you used it at night it would cause them to be sliding right off by morning. your best off with just a good water-soluble tube mascara -Blinc makes one but there are lots more now
