Questions & Answers for Shiseido Pore Smoothing Corrector

Question
Oil free?
Is this product oil-free and non-comedogenic? I don't see the ingredients listed in the description. I have oily skin and large pores so I don't want to clog them any more than they already are!

I have the same situation, and I did not find this product to be at all useful. Did not minimize pores, nor did it do anything for oiliness.

Nothing Shiseido makes is going to break you out in my experience. They make very high quality products. I feel your pain with the oily skin/large pores. I recommend the sheer powder foundation.

I don't know if it's oil free. I have oily skin too and it seems to mattify.

Not sure if it oil-free but I use it every day and I have oily skin, I love it. It actually seems to help with my oil.

This product has not caused me either breakouts or inflamation. I find that even while filling the pores to reduce their appearance, some products do not while others quickly may if you are sensitive . Key is to cleanse (gently but with purpose) with a quality pore scrub after removing makeup. I'm 59 and still highly acne prone, so I will do this usually twice a day (favoring use of a microfiber or infant/child washcloth rather than fingertips, as it is much more thorough; be sure an rinse thoroughly). I'm pretty much sold on this product. See my review for how you may stretch its use, applying with other products.

I won't use it as a primer. It is a very expensive small tube. It doesn't make the foundation to goes on smoothly when it was use alone. I still have to use my primer.
