Question
Product not coming out of the tube?
Is anyone else having a difficult time getting the serum out of the tube? I've only been able to use this once so far and I had to click the pen so many times (20+) just to see a little dribble come out. I still can't get it to work even after trying so many times. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Is there a specific number of clicks you're supposed to do?

The first time I used it I too had to click it for what seemed like an hour. I did get it to come out - I watch for just a drop at the end. I store it on it's side and haven't had any problem since the first time. Good luck - if it doesn't get better exchange it.

I had issues with that as well, try storing it upside down. A little drop for each eye is all you need, after all the product is only something like .05oz. When I first started using it I had some issues getting the product to come out but storing it upside down has seemed to fix it. Hope this helps!

You must have a faulty tube. I had to click mine several times the FIRST time I used it, but since then, I have to click it a couple of times to get the small amount of serum needed for each use.

Send it back to Sephora. You probably have a defective one. You should be completely satisfied with the product. I hope you saved the return slip, but contact them if you did not. Sephora is very good about returns. The return is free if you use the return label. Hint: always save all your Sephora return labels and receipts. This seems to be a great product. I am going to try it soon. I have been happy with Sephora for a long time. I have returned various products and they have been helpful. Don't give up on a good product just because the applicator is defective. I've had the same trouble with things I've bought over the counter and it is always a fault with the mechanics of the product applicator. Good luck!

The first time I used it I had to do multiple clicks too and then all of a sudden a big glob came out (does not spread out over lashes so scrape that over the applicator before attempting to use it). After the first use it seems like it just needs a click or two each time so if you need more clicks to get any out there must be something wrong with your tube and I'd take it back.

How to use Mister Lash Booster mascara at night
It says to apply during the day and at night, when applying it on at night do you fall asleep with the mascara on? Or do you apply it on at night then remove it after awhile? I'm confused.

You leave it on. It's not a mascara. It's more like a conditioner. You won't even know you have it on.

It is not mascara. You sleep with it on -- but as it has no color, there is no problem. It just strengthens and nourishes the lashes while you sleep. During the day, put it on and then when it dries (very fast) put on your mascara as usual.

You're supposed to just apply it and leave it on by itself. You can wear it as a clear mascara during the day (Which I do this sometimes too!)

it is okay to fall asleep in this AND you won't have raccoon eyes like with macara. It actually TREATS the eyelashes when worn at night!

answer 5
It's not really a mascara. It's more like a clear gel that nourishes your lashes so you can fall asleep with it without feeling like you have make up on your face. And in the daytime, I guess you can use it underneath your mascara but I prefer not to only because I don't want to get its applicator tip dirty with mascara.

Question
Mister Lash or Dior Boost?
I am almost 52 and have always had sparse lashes. I would like to try this product, which seems to be a better choice for me. I rarely wear mascara, when i do i'ts Korres. I would love to have a product that makes my lashes shiny and can also be used on brows, for a natural look on both lashes & brows. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue - Mascara can really bother my eyes, but w/out it, my lashes look lifeless. I definitely would recommend trying this product to boost your lashes. It has made a difference w/mine, and I do see less fallout, more volume, and my lashes look longer.

The Dior leaves your lashes white. I use the Dior as a lash primer before applying mascara. I love the mister lash. I use it at night and the PTR one in the morning.

i have not tried dior's but ordered the mister lash booster due to the same problems you are having. i am 61 and love it alone or with my korres mascara which goes on with barely a swipe after using the booster. i also like a natural look and feel these products give me that. i also use the booster on my brows which are really sparse and course - smooths and keeps them in line all day.

Although I do adore Dior products and have used Dior Boost in the past, I have to say, I am loving this product much more. I think the biggest thing that made me LOVE this product is the applicator. It easily massages the product into your lashes all the way to their base. Not to mention, the tip is easy to bend and made of some sort rubber like material that stays just stiff enough to easily apply to your lashes, but also makes it painless. I think this is part of the reason there is less lash fallout with this product.

Like most mascara wands, they can be slightly harsh on your lashes and easily pull out a few when your using them. The applicator is definitely a benefit.

I have not used this product on my brows, but I don't see why it wouldn't do just as great a job on brows as it does on lashes. I have been using it for a week now (only bought it last week) and its already made my lashes more supple, soft and shiney. I haven't seen a large amount of new lashes yet (but I would assume you have to use it a bit longer to notice this), however, I do notice a lot less lash fallout. Just with the benefits I have seen so far, I would definitely recommend this product.

Use it for a month and you'll notice the difference. Then just keep using it. One tube lasts a long time and it's not that expensive -- very worth it for healthy younger looking lashes.

I'm sure it's different for every person. As far as mascara goes, I noticed results with my mascara on pretty much instantly since it IS a primer.

For results of the lashes themselves, I got compliments on my lashes about 4 weeks in. I know that skin cells take about 4 weeks to regenerate so I'm sure hair follicles take somewhat near the same amount of time as well. Hope this helps!

Question
How long does it last?
About how long does each tube last? Longer than a month if used daily with 1 click per eye?
I just don't want to it to last only a month, because then I'd be spending $1 a day to condition my lashes, and that seems costly.

Mine lasted about two months and that was using it twice a day with sometimes 2-3 clicks each use (I coated my lashes and brows with the stuff). I think you could probably go a few months with one click each time.

I've been using this product for a little over a month and I have seen awesome results. The product is not sticky or messy, it feels like I am gliding on clear mascara. I USE to use waterproof mascara which caused my eyelashes to become thin and sparse - so I of course bought this product in hopes of it thickening my dark lashes.

My lashes are finally getting back to their normal thickness! My lashes are stronger and healthier looking too. Don't expect overnight results - just like taking your daily vitamins this product takes time to work. But I can guarantee you'll be seeing results within a few weeks.

I think the directions said to use it twice a day--I threw them away so I can't confirm this. Sometimes I use it twice in a day and sometimes only in the morning or at night.

The product says 1.6ml on it (don't know how many ounces that is).

The directions didn't say anything about brows, but I wondered about that, too. The only thing would be the expense of it since it wouldn't last as long if you were using it on your brows, too. But I sure could use a product that would make my brows grow!

It's easy to use--just turn the bottom of the tube until a little of the serum shows at the top (in the applicator part) and then rub it along your lash line (top and bottom) of each eye and also apply it to the length of your lashes like you would apply mascara, but just one swipe will do it. It's quick and simple.

Question
How many APPLICATIONS in this tube?
How many uses will I get out of this? (1 month? 1 week?..this looks fairly tiny!)

As a comparison, the "Revitalash" lasts 4-6 wk with daily application.

PS - Will this increase lash LENGTH?
- Will it grow lashes, were there wasn't lashes there before?
- Will it make my lashes thicker or more volumized?

I have been using it for over a month and still have product left. It has not made a difference to the length of my lashes so I would doubt that it could stimulate new follicle growth. Other reviewers seem to say the opposite though.

For me, Mister Lash Booster does encourage new lash growth, although it's not overly dramatic. In the month and a half that I've used it, I've noticed a difference (my lashes look thicker and healthier). It might work for you. Good luck :)

Unfortunately, I can't answer your question about ingredients. But I can tell you that if you can find an additional $20-25 in your eyelash care budget, spring for the Talika serum. I had much better results with Talika than with Givenchy. FYI, if you're thinking RapidLash, I can tell you after one overnight application, I had purple eyelids in the morning and some burning inside my eyes. Hope this is helpful.
