I had no problems taking them out. I took my straightener and put them on there for a couple of seconds and then pulled them off.

I tried to take the topper off but it didn't look like it would come off. I feel they are a little heavier than I'd like, especially when applying liner because I had to work to hold the brush up, when really I should be focusing on the liner. Although, if you do manage to get the toppers off, the brush itself would almost too light, because the wood they use feels like the same kind that they use in pencils. There's just some weird proportions with these, sadly.

Yes, I've used the Donutella brush to fill in my eyebrows with shadow from the Urban Decay Brow Box -- it works great, I love the angled brush for precise eyebrow application.

Probably best for eyeliner (very thin tip) but it is soft so could work for brows as well.

It can, though the bristles are very light so it's not the best product- you can find a denser-bristled brush from another line that will be better for brows. This brush seems to be best with gels or liquid liners.

I don't know about the Kat Von D set, but I know I had found better brushes than these. I don't find them very soft, except the Adios Amigos crease brush, and the cute, but very heavy tops make them hard to use !! So if you want my advise, invest in something else!!!! Hope it helped a little.

I own both and I say hands down Toki doki. The hairs on Kat VonD's brushes are not as sturdy and bends out of shape in the case if you travel with them and the bristles tend to spread out and you lose some percision but not with Toki doki.

the longest brush is about 7.5"
keep in mind that the character heads are quite bulky, so your brush case can't be very skinny

The crease brush is approx 7 1/2 inches in length from tip of the top to the tip of the brush. the shadow brush is approx 7 inches, and the liner brush is approx 6 1/2. Measured from the very end to the very end. The ends of the brushes that actually are the brush is full sized. Hope that helps.

Because these brushes are adorned with a character head; it's hard to store them if you have a makeup brush roll or case. Plus, you can't remove them as they are ultimately glued to the brush. You don't want to put the brush side in first because you can ruin the brush shape.

Unfortunately, I don't see this collection ever selling individual character brush sets anytime soon. If they did, trust me, I would have the complete Adios and Ciao Ciao collections. But, this set is still a great buy if you're looking into it. I highly recommend.

Hello!

I am from Houston as well, and I too am completely in love with the Moofia characters. I was sad to see that the Mozzarella and the Latte gang were not bigger parts of this line, but extremely happy that Mozzarella tops my favorite eyeshadow brush!!

I don't believe they will be selling this individually, but if they do, and if it's in the Moofia style, you and I will be the first to buy it!
