Let it dry completely. It sets to transform your lashes into a material that mascara will adhere flawlessly to. Mixing when wet can contribute to a mess!
Not for more than 5 seconds! Let it get SLIGHTLY tacky but if you go longer than that, It will be difficult to comb mascara through and clump. You only need one to two coats of the primer and one to two coats of mascara tops, especially if you use Dior Overcurl! Try the Tarte Eyelash curler! #Perfection!!!

I would apply mascara immediately after primer just as you would another coat of mascara. If you wait, depending on how many coats of primer you apply, your lashes may be hard and your mascara won't go on as well.

I always put on my primer and let it set for like 30 seconds. But you don't have to wait. I just like to let it solidify for a second. Don't wait too long though bc it will get clumpy-ish

I tried to apply mascara after letting it dry and I found that the application was difficult, my lashes felt clumpy...while if I apply it directly after, the result is much better...

I have used this in a semi-dry stage and completely dry. By the time you have applied this to both eyes, upper and lower lashes (lightlyy on the lower for me), it is only slightly tacky and you can start applying mascara on the eye you started with. It works well both ways, but I get better definition if I apply the serum, fill in my brows and then go back to apply mascara. Either way, it still pumps up the volume, so if you're in a hurry don't worry too much- as long as the white color has faded a bit it's safe to put on mascara.

Letting the serum dry makes mascara application easier, as well as 300% less clumpy! But you need a more 'wet' formula mascarra if you do let it dry ..
The directions don't say if you should let it dry or not, if it works dry then use dry, if it works better wet for you, use wet.
