Looking at the small label on the bottle, no, they are not free of your listed chemicals though it does not contain formaldehyde.

I'm pretty sure they are free of the big 3 since Sephora by OPI nail polishes are free of those. Pretty much every nail polish company is removing those toxins from their formulations.
