No foam. it is without foaming capabilites because sulfates usually strip skin of healthy oils and REN is smart enough to know that stripping the skin aggrivates acne.

This one doesn't foam at all. It was weird at first, but I got used to it and don't even notice anymore...

answer 3
No, foamy is drying. This is used differently: you wet your hands, put a pump on them and rub them together then apply to your dry face. I just barely dampen my Clarisonic and then do 2 minutes. It actually looks like it disappears, but it's working!!!! My 50+ yr old skin hasn't looked this good in 15 years!

I got the 3 step system (cleanser, AM treatment and the PM treatment) I think that using them together won't be too drying to your skin. You should check out the PM system, I think it replenishes moisture and keeps skin from getting too dried out. Both the treatments are also very light. I hope this works well for you. I love them!

On their website it says that it is made with no sulfates, parabens, petroleum, glycols etc. It is supposed to be all natural. Their website is renskincare.com if you would like to look at it. I personally would feel safe using it while breastfeeding.

Yes, it will do wonders. I too suffer from blackheads on my nose and some of them tend to get really big and nasty. It has cleared them up quite nicely. I still suffer from blackheads, but the ones I do have have shrunk significantly and are much less noticeable than they once were. I recommend using this cleanser with a Clarisonic so the was will penetrate your skin more deeply.

I'm no expert on skin care, but I have tried more than enough products in an attempt to get rid of my own skin woes. This cleanser is my favorite right now, but I have more whiteheads than blackheads. If you haven't already tried it, I would suggest the Murad acne line. They have a 30-day kit with everything included for a reasonable price and that gives you enough time to see if you'll like it. I think it would be more effective for this.

Depending on your foundation, I think you probably do need to remove it first since some make-ups are very long-lasting & thick. Sephora store clerk told me to always wash twice (or use make-up removing cloths first) so your good cleanser can get deep & clear pores better. I find using a toner after cleansing proves that if I don't pre-wash to get liquid make-up off, there's tons of makeup still on my cottonball after I think I washed.

I've used this occasionally with a Clarisonic, and found it to work pretty well. Because of the way this cleanser is applied, I find it easiest to use the Clarisonic before to help get makeup off, then use this cleanser (exfoliating beforehand means the cleanser can penetrate deeper into the skin, rather than simply affecting the skin that you then exfoliate off).
